Don't call it a block when you interact with them. Just say "I can't reach this IP but I know it's working and other people on other ISPs can." The goal is to get the issue escalated to some network engineer who can then raise a ticket with their upstream. Your ISP can't fix it either but they're closer to the source of the issue than you are and have more influence in attempting to actually resolve the issue for real.

Exactly. I actually blame people like myself. We obtained marriage equality and many of us put our heads down and just wanted to live life. That left a power vacuum in our LGBT institutions and activist circles, one that troons were all too willing to fill. I wish I kept at least one eye on the game.
Their strategies, too, are completely different and gross. When we wanted to make life better for gay and lesbian youth, we aimed to change the hearts and minds of their parents. That if the adults became more open and accepting, that would extend down to their kids. These troons targeting kids directly, and trying to do so in secret, is so fucking creepy to me. You don’t have to hide if you’re not doing anything wrong.
It’s beyond time to drop the TQ+ and move on. Gender and sexuality are two different issues and need two different strategies/means of political will. I only hope it happens in my lifetime.

You got a tech who doesn't know what he's talking about. If you have a PC, take the following steps:
Open up start
In the search bar type in "cmd"
Click on it, a black window should open
Type in "tracert 103.114.191.1" or "tracert kiwifarms.net"
Wait for the program to finish, it should say "trace complete" and look like this
The difference is that you will see lots of "request timed out" before the end and you will not get to 103.114.191.1
Call your ISP back, make sure it's another tech
Read the tracert to him and tell him the last IP that appears before all of the time outs, this is where it is failing. Ask him to put in a ticket with the carrier of the last IP (you can call it "the last hop").
There's a more fundamental disconnect. If I strap you into a chair and put a device between your legs to measure blood flow to you junk then show you gay and straight porn I can scientifically ascertain how gay and/or straight/bi you are. If I just leave you alone you'll naturally want dick. There is no such test I can run for "gender identity." What's working for me is running a Tor client locally and using a PAC file to route only kf.net through it. With that I can browse normally without having to deal with a VPN or a separate Tor browser or window.

Internet Exchanges. Pretty much every city has at least one and they provide relatively cheap connectivity between networks.
As an example, say I'm connected to AMS-IX (the Amsterdam IX), if you're also connected to AMS-IX, we can send data to each other at a flat rate cost at full line rate speeds. With transit, you normally pay by the Mbit and it's expensive as hell, but you can traverse outside of the network (i.e. You -> Transit provider -> The Internet) whereas with IXs, you're just talking to peers on that same IX.
The benefit to Josh is that other ISPs on IXs will view traffic going to a fellow IX user as a very low cost path and prefer it over shithole tier 1s.

That sounds like exactly what I need! I've thought that if I could just pay like $10 and get 1GB non-expiring and I knew I would still have that block 5 years later, that would be too stupidly expensive to use for regular browsing but it would be perfect for hopping online for long enough to pay for a more economical VPN. The best I could come up with was getting a stacksocial lifetime VPN deal but I don't trust them for the 5 years later part...
Do you know offhand if the by-the-gigabyte VPNs are general purpose? I think I saw one once, but it like... Forced you to live near their servers, and subscribe by game, because that VPN was focused on performance over privacy.

I am assuming for this guy the tracert is not completing. Mine works, I am accessing the farms on my Chrome browser on the clearnet on my default route from my ISP, I am just using it as an example. Guy I was responding to said it's not working for him and the tech told him to get a static IP, that won't do anything.

I noticed multiple hops timing out within my own ISP's infrastructure portion of the trace. Bit odd as I don't get that for other sites. Honestly would have expected Canadian telecoms to have censored the site because they're terminally pozloaded.

Right, but I thought the idea was that my ISP complaining about the issue would do more good than me complaining about it. I got run up the chain with Comcast and im supposed to have the ticket answered in 3 days. My AT&T customer service rep is currently going back and forth with their engineers about the issue right now and im waiting to be connected to their resolution team. I know they can't fix it, but if they identify the problem it seems like they would complain on behalf of their complaining customers.

As @Wasbenzine pointed out alot of infra and enterprise router engineers turn ICMP (the ping protocol) off on their routers for security reasons, the traffic still routes but you'll get a no reply back on a ping or trace route, very normal stuff. Again as @Null said on Telegram this isn't too political at this point outside of what GTT is doing, other carriers will be able to deliver or not depending on how their routing is setup vis-a-vis GTT who is black holing all traffic to the Farms.
This is a bit of an ask but for anyone who's ISP is doing this to you, having worked at 2 ISP's before, I can tell you the fastest way to get your ticket escalated is to be a business customer. I have a business from my home and would do it myself but my connection to the Farms is working so I can't raise a ticket. Business connections are usually much more expensive than residential connections (they have service SLA's that entitle you to a certain level of uptime and service by contract, whereas residential contracts are usually "best effort" and they reserve the right to basically drop your traffic whenever it's convenient to them) but if you raise a ticket as a business customer you're almost guaranteed to get a higher tier of tech/engineer, better communications, and faster resolution than a residential ticket.

While my ISP people were pulling my account information up, I made small talk asking how they were doing and expressed that I hope everyone has been treating them well, brought up the local sports team, and asked if they had any cool weekend plans.
It probably sounds dumb and gay but I did this in hopes of priming them to be friendlier to the issue in hopes of getting better results and I feel like it worked since they were very receptive to the issue after I described to them that I could get to the website via VPN but not directly with out the VPN on and provided screenshots of the trace route.
Maybe this would help when you see if you can get someone else on the line on another go. After all, the goal is to just get a bunch of inquiries through.

I just wanna say this whole ordeal has really been something else. i remember the days when people used to shit talk china for how controlled their internet was and how because people started calling xi winnie the pooh all pictures of said cartoon bear were banned. or how north korea just outright bans contact with the outside world while the elites enjoy unlimited food from all over the world and do whatever and go anywhere they want.
I remember being told how those types of countries were the worst of the worst because of how they limit the freedoms of their citizens for pointless things. yet they just casually do horrible shit every day and if you dare question it you end up in a camp or just outright dead. it saddens me that little by little it feels like the whole world is becoming just as bad. all because troons and various other degenerates complain like children till they get their way.
The whole thing just annoys me to no end especially since it feels like nobody actually cares to do anything about it. like all the big internet providers don't really care because at the end of the day serving the obsessive online gang benefits them more. nobody on either side politically really cares that much because they either have a strong support base or a strong enemy group to use to get votes. these people are getting away with shit that none of us would have been allowed to get away with back in the day.
Imagine if 4chan users just spam called and emailed places till they dropped tumblr or vice versa none of it would have been taken seriously. i mean hell 4chan has had multiple news stories put out about how they are a website full of scary hackers who say nono words but somehow they just get to exist. but then some mass shooting happens and the first thing that shows up in many cases is the fact that they made a post on /pol/ or wherever else.
Meanwhile all we have done all these years is make fun of people. that's it. we don't dox people because these people have already did it to themselves. we don't swat people because that's fucking lame and kinda goes against the whole laughing at people thing. like you cant laugh at someone whos dead so why would we tell people to kill themselves?
The things this website goes through just to exist on the clearnet when you can find some of the most fucked up things in the world (some of which are even protected from being taken down by companies like cloudflare) can be accessed without much issue long as you know where to look you can find it. i mean hell fucking doxbin exists they have dox in their name but nah that's fine kiwi..farms? well that's the most violent and scary sounding website name i have ever heard of what kind of sick fuck tries to farm a kiwi??
ill do my best to remain hopeful that things will get better. because all these weirdos who seem to have nothing better to do with their lives aside from obsess over taking this site down do not deserve the satisfaction. they do not deserve to ever feel happiness not just because they wanna take our website down but because they all wanna impose their will and their ideals upon everyone and anyone who disagrees is bad and should be purged. funny how the groups that spend their time accusing people of being nazis and racists and transphobic and whatever else they can think of tend to be the ones who are the most hateful and the ones who are the most afraid of true free speech and expression both online and in the real world. we cant let these people win they don't deserve it. just like we cant let companies get away with constantly caving in to their petty complaints. far as im concerned the internet is a place for free speech and it should always remain that way. the second it fully stops being that we should prepare for the worst

The reason this is happening is because trannies smell blood in the water. They saw how Keffals got Cloudflare, hoster of ISIS websites, to drop us. They know its possible to shut us down for good now, and they'll keep trying it until they're dead because while their information is up on the site they can't get jobs. The first thing I do when hiring is just google their name, before any private investigations occur. It's easy to see something bad that way, like BLM activism, etc. Meanwhile any decent place will see what they've done to kids and blackball them just as hard as I do.
