I hate the Internet and the people who own it

If Kiwifarms goes, I'll still always be a kiwi, and will take that attitude wherever I end up.

If the Farms goes down permanently, that means the "don't mess with cows" rule is dead and I'm starting a real Internet Hate Campaign.

The lesson here is not about struggle against impossible odds. The lesson here is your enemies have cleared away any moral or ethical obstacles to incinerating them. The Voltairean Principle is dead, and it's time for consequences, nasty and lasting.

Null is a hero for what he's doing but he's not one I plan to emulate. When they finally burn the Internet down, I plan to spread the flames.

I first started using the Internet at about 9. I saw many websites that were just ideas propped up by individuals or two brothers, and they became massive cultural phenomena from basically nothing. Newgrounds, MySpace, Runescape, and 4chan all fit into this category. I realized very young that I wanted to try and be one of those people. Unfortunately, those people were my age when I was a kid, and they all got out at the right times.
I'm a bit older than Der Ooperator, but I had the exact same experience. The golden age of the internet consisted of sites that were just some guy's idea and a bit of HTML. They came up with a cool concept for a website, launched it, and made millions. That kind of thing doesn't happen any more. The closest thing would be a "killer app" idea, but thanks to globalism a Chinese company will create a competitor clone the instant they become popular and then win the popularity battle because they have more money to sink into a marketing campaign. Unless you were a full-fledged, independent adult by maybe 2005 at the latest, you missed the boat. And that boat isn't coming back.

The marketplace of ideas has been razed. The corporatocracy has done everything it can to make sure there are no guys in garages with a good idea and a can-do attitude, because those guys cut into the profits of the powerful, joyless sociopaths that control every aspect of our lives.

I hate what the internet has become.

Josh, your determination and resilience is nothing short of admirable.

Semper Sneed, my nigga.

yay the world's most notorious international stochastic terrorist website is back to threaten people everywhere by laughing at weirdos

I wish it had taken more than the removal of my favorite sperg site to make me realize just how different the internet is now. I barely understood this ISP hierarchy. It baffles me that monolithic entities are willing to just fold like this. I feel like I remember a time where everyone was saying what Null is saying, that internet freedom is one of the most important things we deal with today, but that's just vanished I guess. As one of the retards in question I have a lot of respect for Null and his uphill battle. I care enough to to educate myself a little on crypto just to show my support, and I plan to do just that. It means a lot to me that I get to continue being a brave internet terrorist. much love Null.

Josh is the hero of freedom, he's done more than any cowardly shithead in government or big business can ever hope to.

A momentous occasion on this, the spookiest night of the year.

Godsspeed Josh, you magnificent bastard. And remember, it is better to fight and fall than live without hope. No matter what, the spirit of the site won't ever go away.

You're a good person Null. Even if we all come off like enemies of the internet, I think it's clear that atleast we're on the right side of history. I don't know what the fuck happened to the internet. I miss the old days for sure.

Keep it up. We're all rooting for you and the site. Sneed will not fall to the chuck.
