I hate the Internet and the people who own it

This thread is a shitshow, damn. Once again I am amazed of the patience and energy of @Null here to not just deal with all this bullshit, but retards here too.

A few possible suggestions for the jannies/dear feeder re: ITT and the .net that I think would help streamline things:

  1. Make a separate thread for "How do I access the site?" & Tor/certificate related questions -- keep all tech-related questions out of this one to keep this thread more streamlined to mostly discussion of the censorship in question.
  2. (Guessing this is already being done) Adding a notice for techretards to the .net domain on how to accept a self-signed certificate
  3. There really should be a public means of viewing the Telegram posts outside of the shitty TG-bypass means used so far (the RSS, fmr. telewebgram) that are down 99% of the time and never last long. I found myself checking the fucking @DropKiwiFarms twitter to get the latest updates during the full downtime. Perhaps a random gracious Kiwi or janny could set up a neutral, unaffiliated "KF Telegram Updates" page on Twatter and use it strictly to post all the TG updates there for both trannies and kiwis to see. Perhaps disguise it as a troon account with a KF-disavowal in the bio to avoid getting janny'd.
  4. Keep faggots Dyn & Ridley from flooding this thread with pages of gay arguing - they've shitted up 15 pages so far into posting bait and getting dozens of replies from retards taking it.
Stay whitepilled, friends.

If anyone here ever becomes demoralized, remember this. https://kiwifarmsaaf4t2h7gc3dfc5ojh...fong-lizthegrey.128419/page-445#post-16323656 The pictures above are your enemy. We don't need to win, because they will lose, forever.

"I don't like your shitty Telegram bypass, I need you to make a different, even shittier, Telegram bypass, using Twitter because I can be assed to make a login there but not on Telegram that will be brigaded the moment it's posted."

And while I might agree with you about the aruging, Dyn is tangible Kiwi cultural heritage.

Thanks kind stranger, hope someone gives you reddit gold.

Which was the previous one(link)?
There have been several Hacker News frontpage submissions about KF. Here are some I Googled:
If you're not familiar with Hacker News, it's basically the new Slashdot and de facto tech industry homepage. Comment section's full of troons and their handmaidens but also the occasional semi-based tech libertarian. There's a Hacker News thread in PG:

From what Joan Rivers said, it seems the Circus Freaks and their gay lovers are in control.

It's like the SA goon version of Hacker News, i.e. terminally infected with cancerous SJW bullshit.

It took a lot of photographic fraud to make Kim look like that. He looks nothing like that outside of immaculately curated and shooped pictures.

Observations/opinions:

1. I get why everyone is on high alert (myself included), but I also get that a public key forms part of an .onion URL. I'm not sure if having a public key for a public key is verging on paranoia or just extremely robust opsec, but it probably wouldn't hurt if Null considered getting a public key for the new self-cert anyway.

2. A couple extra hoops to go thru to access KF has some upsides. Namely it'll act as a retard filter. KF already has a mid-'00s feel; but returning to a mid-late '90s when you needed a computer and a low triple digit IQ to gain access could make KF feel very cozy. Especially for those of us old enough to remember those days.

3. Dovetailing from point 2, these hoops could also help those midwits who are addicted to the Farms and genuinely need to touch grass, not to mention retards whose sole reason for being here is to shit everything up.

4. I wouldn't be at all surprised to learn that Mike Janke and Liz Fong-Jones are in direct contact with one another. Even with his extensive experience in pressuring service providers and terrorizing female service provider employees and the wives of male service provider employees, along with the venture capital of a hive of degeneracy apparently bankrolling his shenanigans, the intensity of the attacks as well as the constantly changing attack vectors (not just technical attack vectors), suggest to me that there are sympathetic glowies helping LFJ.

5. I keep sperging about this every couple of months, but learn about Usenet newsgroups. Whilst Usenet isn't the best for distributing binary files for various reasons (though it can be done), it's very easy to distribute simple text. Because there are thousands of news servers still out there in active use, it's highly unlikely that every single trace of a post will ever be eliminated from every corner of Usenet.

There is one major caveat to Usenet newsgroups: do not use them unless you're behind a VPN, as post header information includes IP address info. Bear in mind the news protocols date back to the 1980s, when the Internet was made up of smaller networks with a few gateways scattered around, such as ARPAnet.

Back on topic... at least the Greeks gave Null some notice, which should help make the transition to a self-signed cert a little less challenging. Null will no doubt give clear instructions on how to use a self-signed cert with Tor. If after all this you still can't manage to get onto the Farms, maybe Reddit would be more your speed.

tl;dr: cope, sneed, LFJ YWNBAW etc

I know them since the current web 2.0 bubble started, which is why I'm surprised they didnt ban any mention of the farms

Before this certificate expires please post a public key or similar to validate the self signed certificate
Im either retarded or blind because cant find edit button.
Either way, thanks Null for explaining that the onion link is ittself a key, making an onion aite CA redundant.
Looking forward to the next plan of attack regarding clearnet. Keep it going or something i dont know

First, again, the cert is mostly for Zenforo's https fetish. It's really not needed with Tor.

Second, holy shit is Usenet a bad place for a last ditch Alpine Redoubt of Kiwi, or to have any Unpopular Stand. First, if people are not going to figure out Tor they are for certain not going to figure out how to use an NNTP reader. And you'll likely need one because what Usenet service is going to carry alt.cwcki.kiwi-farms? And especially on 'open' Usenet you're going to start a cancelbot war the likes of which might make the 90s blush. There are ways around this but none of them are going to be more successful, have a smaller attack surface or be more accessable than this website.I like your thinking but newsgroups aren't really all that for this usecase.

> HARICA

I'm sure Null already figured this out himself, but "Giannis Kostopoulos" appears to be a pseudonym. I cannot find anyone with that name in the Greek tech sector; it's used in a couple other HARICA documents but nowhere else.

HARICA PDF about certificate issuance/renewal, also authored by 'GK' https://www.ihu.edu.gr/manuals/files/HARICA-digital-certificate_issue-renewal.pdf

There are a handful of other of "Giannis Kostopoulos"s in Greece notably (though none in tech, almost all working-class boomers); I think this guy took his pseudonym from the prominent Greek banker Giannis Kostopoulos* (1938-2021), the president of the Grecian Alpha Bank when the Greek Debt Crisis hit in 2009/10 and listed by Wikipedia as "considered one of the most important bankers of post-war Greece who contributed to the modernization of Greek banking."

\* His name was Γιάννης Κωστόπουλος, which is variously anglicized to 'Giannis Costopoulos', 'Giannis Kostopoulos', or 'Ioannis Costopoulos'.

You just need to be able to follow written directions to get onto Tor in 2023. If you can't follow those instructions you shouldn't be allowed to use a keyboard when you're online. It's good opsec too, though probably moot if you weren't using Tor already. I legit do wish it was more difficult for people to get online though. Giving anyone with an opinion a platform without the intelligence to build that platform themselves was one of the worst things to happen to the internet.

I understand this reasoning is a "no true Scotsman" argument. I'm sucking my own dick about platforms on someone else's platform, so what the fuck do I know?

Why is it so hard to find a space with like-minded people to share our thoughts without interference from faggots?
I hate to inform you, but asking for muh safe space means you've been infected with the gay too.
Total retard war, forever

Realistically we're looking at 3 or 4 extra steps, and those should only need done once. I'm pretty sure everyone here will manage it.
In commercial web dev and design, one extra click, one extra modal or popup, one extra page potentially kills a transaction, hundreds or thousands of transactions, and are focus tested, fed thru analytics and have meetings for weeks discussing just how much actual harm it will do to the group/company/product. Can we survive without the handful of new users who can't figure this shit out, or won't? Probably. But we shouldn't have to.
