god, what a passive-aggressive pissfest from HARICA. this part really had me MATI:

I already addressed this in my last post, but once again, let's look at section 1.4.2:

unless my reading comprehension has somehow catastrophically degraded between now and when I was in college, this has nothing to do with content policing. this is referring to
systems whose continued functioning is necessary for the preservation of property and/or life. even if kiwifarms was exactly what the trannies claim, this clause would not apply. moreover,
their statement leads with the claim that they do not check or censor website content. it then goes on to explain that because they got a bunch of malicious complaints they were then obligated to check and summarily censor a website's content. what a fucking cop-out. this part is great too:

I don't know the actual timeline here because the forum time stamps are fucked for me, but I'm guessing it did not go from the screen of a HARICA employee, across the internet to Null's e-mail server, to Null's post and subsequent headlining, to the awareness of the people visiting the forum, to HARICA's complaint box in "minutes". maybe this is a nitpick but it seems such a petty way to cast kiwifarms as full of hateful malicious assholes that use "escalating threats" as an intimidation tactic (especially considering there's literally a public social media campaign called DROPKIWIFARMS that openly discusses using escalating threats to intimidate their targets). and the claim that members of their organization were
personally targeted is a huge claim to make with no backup or context. what does that even mean? the people shitting in the complaints box somehow had dox on community members? were calls made to personal numbers, addresses posted, anything like that? or are we talking about somebody threatening to fuck their dog or something in an anonymous complaint?

extremely convenient how they failed to mention that the "one case" who "was kind and polite" was THE SITE OWNER HIMSELF.
in summation, this is HARICA's stance: HARICA does not censor web content, but we decided to censor web content in this one case, because we received some complaints. we received some mean messages that instantly validated our decision to censor this website but because we received one nice message from one person, we have decided to be extremely magnanimous and reverse our decision, in the interest of the greater internet community. please suck our cocks because we are such high-minded justice warriors.
if these retards were actually high-minded about anything, they never would have started this stupid slap fight in the first place. it sounds to me like they're more concerned about it going public and hurting their image or something; note that this was all done in private until Null made it public, at which point they 180'd almost immediately with a big public damage control post making point-by-point claims that they're Not Wrong, Actually even though they changed their mind. absolutely shameful.
