Not necessarily in a registrar seizure context, but definitely for obtaining new TLDs and getting them back from squatters.

The actual UDRP is written in legalese that 4am me can't quite parse, but if I'm reading it right it seems that you can demand a domain be returned to you if you have related trademarks (registered or unregistered) and the domain was registered in bad faith.
