So i was getting my haircut at the spanish place because the blacks cant cut my hair and i look on the TV and I see literally a televised cockfight... it was very interesting... They had a colored pinwheel which I presume you would make a bet on which slice the killing blow would be in. I love telling white women liberals this story, but phrasing it in a way where I say "its great to borrow things from other cultures!" and watch them fucking squirm lmao

So in some ways I like diversity :-)

The basic premise of the idea that integrating various perspectives, cultures, and practices can make your society more efficient, innovative, cultured, whatever, is basically sound.

Shit starts to break down when you don't properly consider the fact that you need effective integration for that to happen, and ineffective integration has the opposite effect. Melting pots works where patchwork culture can't, because each cultural element is acclimated to the others, while patchwork tribal enclaves stay/become tribal and inevitably work against each other.

Shit gets even wilder when you pretend that ineffective integration doesn't exist, and doesn't matter even if it did, and if it ever is proven that it does then you deserve it. But that cope is ultimately always hollow, because regardless of moral legitimacy, an ineffectively integrated multicultural society ceases to function on a practical level.

Tl;dr you get cool shit when you make friends, this is not the same as letting your house become the neighborhood trap.
