2016 was easily the lowest point of my life, and yet...

2016 was a fun year for me (the year I got married) ... But I don't wish that I could "go back" literally.

I wouldn't have my kids, for starters. And as it turns out, if I had my kids back then, then they would have gone through the covid bullshit.

Life happens as time passes. Of course there's stuff I miss from the past (as well as stuff I don't miss), but there's things-- life changing things-- that I value in the present, which makes me look forward to my future.

I don't remember much of 2016 at all besides a group I like reunited with a beautiful ballad, and the election shitshow.

2016 was still pretty weak and fruity, but less weak and fruity since things just keep getting weaker and fruitier as society just sort of slides into entropy.

2015 was less weak and fruity than 2016, and 2012 was certainly less weak and fruity than 2015, and they're all mogged by 2008.
They're all relatively gay though because the culture's been a little sad since like the 80s maybe, when the boomers became adults and turned everything cringe. Have you seen movies from the 80s? Everyone dresses and acts like a faggot.

2016 was an okay time for me personally. No point in wishing to turn back time though, you'll just end up frustrated. Gotta make something with what you have.

August 2015 to about April 2017 was a lot of fun. Going to Trump rallies, getting him to sign some of stuff, fighting the local GOP, poll watching, having a lot of fun on the Internet, fucking a bunch of bitches, finally signed up for a KF account, and got a couple of good promotions that helped align me towards a good future. Wouldn’t want to have it any other way. But can’t say I want to relive it though.
