Pure speculation, but I wouldn't be surprised if AL is terrified of anything dealing with penetration after having grown up in environments where sexual abuse is rampant, even if she didn't suffer from it herself.

The whole 'hymen' thing makes no sense to me - I think she is confused - I think he cut her perineum, as they often do during a difficult labour - esp as he did it to gain access - it has to be stitched up afterwards and she would be in a lot of pain afterwards - and obviously the wound needs to be kept very clean

Lord knows what her anatomy looks like down there & trying to keep massive folds & flaps out of the way wouldn't be easy. I'm going to agree some part of her perineum got nicked & the surgeon threw in a few stitches.
My mind is stuck on the pre-op cleaning procedure they would have had to do - a ton of Betadine or whatever they use these days. Yuck - I can almost smell the hyper-funk.
Also wondering what she wore to drive home - her leggings or whatever she had on would have been, by her own account, trashed. Hope she had a couple of blue pads to sit on in the car.

it probably was her hymen. There isn't any real cutting in this surgery, all the tools are small. The biggest tool is a speculum.

A deathfat who willfully neglects her health with a long history of irregular menses finds herself needing treatment for conditions related to irregular menses? Imagine my shock. If she's been neglecting something like PCOS for example her whole adult life, she could very well come back with cancer and (to be blunt) it's her own fault. I'll save my sympathy for the women who sadly never saw it coming or were shirked by professionals because they didn't immediately or fully fit the bill for certain conditions only to have serious complications as a result.
This should scare the shit out of her enough to get her to make some real life changes. It won't, but it should. It's all laughs when you ignore your problems and choose to "maintain" at 500+lbs because "it works for you", until they find you've been potentially festering with cancer because you whacked out your hormones and stopped regularly menstruating years ago because you are fat.
One of the first things they're going to tell her is to lose weight. The second thing they're going to say is that she needs to come in for regular screenings like a normal grown ass adult who can afford it. ALR will do neither of those things. My personal diagnosis as a totally legit internet armchair doctor: fat. Fat and deluded if she thinks she deserves pity.

I don't think she's full blown lying but she's probably over exaggerating a bit. I believe she probably peed blood but it wasn't to the extent she was saying. I doubt she was just bleeding all over the hospital floor like she described. The doctor probably said she needed surgery, but he didn't say omg she could die like she described. They most likely told her they had to test for cancer to be in the clear (which they do for most abnormal things) and she took it as "I HAVE CANCER".

It's actually annoying me how many people are humoring her 'potential cancer'. Biopsies are standard in this situation. Like "we're already up here, we might as well," standard. She didn't absolutely need the ER, even in this instance. She saw a ton of blood and freaked out, which is fair. But playing up the standard biopsy and minor suturing is not fair and is very manipulative.Wow some of you guys are not seeing the manipulation just cause the big c word is mentioned. Exactly, Amber has had heavy periods before and they were irregular for many years now due to her being obese and gaining. This is not new but since she needs attention and pity and her views are in the shitter she wanted to drum up sympathy. She was not hemorrhaging like she so dramatically implies if she was she would have gotten a blood transfusion and would have been admitted overnight at the very least to make sure her levels are good. She used this to not only bolster public interest in simps who dont understand her manipulation tactics but also to get the focus put on her and not Becky.
TLDR: Amber is trash.
