I've never been a big ice cream eater (most flavors turn out to be disappointments, or they discontinue my favorites) but I've been screwing around with the ice cream maker at my household with milk and cream and all that, creating both vanilla and rum raisin, both better than any store brand I've had. I'm not sure what to do on the next batch, as I want something more experimental this time around. I just can't decide.

- Chocolate seems like it might be worth a try but I've always been turned off by cheap chocolate-flavored ice cream
- I had mozzarella ice cream once but I can't find a recipe online and I'm not going to combine it with basil
- I'm a sucker for weird colored shit and I'd consider blue moon ice cream but I never grew up with it
- Coffee ice cream could be good but cold, old coffee and instant coffee doesn't really taste like coffee
- I admit I was inspired by the "construction-inspired flavors" YouTube videos of ice cream, there's something about throwing a bunch of bullshit in and having it turn out decently

Either way, it's definitely a welcome change from the local freezer aisle, where it's full of nonsense like the store brand, non-dairy desserts, Stephen Colbert's mug, there's another brand where they put photos of their mentally disabled employees on it...it's so disheartening.

Pistachio. You could prolly make somethin decent with a pistachio pudding powder and a few of the actual nuts. Unless you're rich and could use a lot more.

Coffee ice cream could be good
Try the cold coffee concentrate they sell at the stores instead of literal cold coffee. Might work better.
Other than that, you could always just chuck a shit load of strawberry milk syrup in there and make strawberry milk ice cream.
Only other meh idea is like matcha or caramel.

Plombir is the best flavor, and no its not just vanilla ice cream.
i've tried your vanilla ice cream it sucks in comparison. it tastes like a fake ice cream.

Could you do orange?

Not Fanta flavor, but like an actual orange?

Maybe try something like kahlua in place of coffee. I don't think i could handle the responsibility of an icecream maker, i'd be way too prone to adding weird shit like kahlua.

Cookie dough flavored ice cream is obsolete and should be designated a legacy product these days that they only make for old farts (much like Necco wafers). I went to the store the other day and Pillsbury makes edible raw cookie dough now, apparently because they heat treat the flour. Tastes exactly like the unsafe stuff too.

Pistachio. Always pistachio. Either that, or vanilla. Chocolate just doesn't taste right in its ice cream flavor form to me.

I found a recipe for ricotta and olive oil gelato. You can also try culinary grade matcha with chocolate chips, though you might want to experiment with the kind of chocolate. Usually it's white but people do use milk or dark.

Sounds reasonable, adjust it for the ice cream ratio I currently use, then just use fresh mozzarella.

They don't put their faces on it, but imagine this thing smirking at you every time you visit the ice cream aisle. Look, I'm sure they'll tell me he's a perfectly nice person but not everyone is photogenic.

Eh, I've seen far worse-looking developmentally disabled people. However, I have a hunch they're not quite as open towards disabled people as they say they are, if they're anything like the company around here that makes similar claims.

I like Tillamook's chocolate hazelnut ice cream. New favorite.
