Sounds like it's related to a hack, probably the hack people have been speculating about. I also notice the word "sealed." It might not be sealed now, but if it still is, that was just contempt of court. I'd assume it was sealed pending actually executing it and isn't now, but who knows?

It looks federal, so any 3/19 filings might be it. I don't know if it would be in Icehole's name.

My current theory is that it's someone in his circle. He surrounds himself with the shadiest people and is too dumb to realize the consequences. For example, Phineas (the guy that ran his now failed website) fancies himself as a "hacker" and has bragged about illegal activities before (and was even at the mansion on the day of the twitter hack).

But I also wouldn't be surprised if Ice is directly involved either, he is that stupid.

My favorite anecdote from this guy's streams is when he went home to visit his parents, and couldn't remember the code to the entrance gate. All he had to do was look at chat, because they all knew it.

He's had a guy named DJ Panz, aka Daniel Panzer, make multiple threats against him recently. DJ used to be one of Ice's Wack Pack members, and went on the Hawaii trip. He's also a schizophrenic who has a tendency to go off his medication. He's doxed almost everyone on the Cx network, he doxed Ice's girlfriend, and has made dozens of death threats. DJ's defense is that it's all "performance art." According to multiple sources, DJ was arrested by the FBI the day of the raid on the streamer mansion.

*Long term plan is to find a new state to live in.
*Still insists on renovating his 70k lemon of a truck (that will never work for streaming) and go on a "road trip" with it.

*Cx (his website/network) is officially dead.
*He is reopening the main reddit because closing it down originally was a complete failure.

Spoofing someone else's IP address just to fuck with them is a lot of effort. Stream sniping is one thing but that's on a whole other level.
I'm not inclined to believe that he personally did it or was even in charge of whatever it is that happened, he genuinely seems too stupid to be capable of this kind of act, but he definitely enabled it or at least didn't give a shit as to what happened.

At one point he had like 25+ people in and around the mansion. He had a garage full of homeless leeches living in tents. Any one of them could have done it.

I don't know about the technical aspects of pulling it off (or if it's even possible) but I don't buy the "spoofing" story at all. It was someone in that house.

IP addresses aren't conclusive proof of an identity and no sane prosecutor or judge would go after someone on just that alone, so if Ice had assets seized then they already have enough solid evidence to get a judge to sign off on the seizure.

In addition to the mansion, they've spent $70,000 on a custom military vehicle with the intention of dropping an additional $30k to renovate it into an RV/streamer truck. Combination 1984 M939 truck (a vehicle known for its poor safety record) and a short bus, they flew to Oklahoma with intentions of driving it back to LA.

Adding ABS to the M939 series made them a lot safer. Panic braking would stall the engine before the torque converter could unlock. With the engine off there is no power steering and even 11R20's are a bitch to turn with no hydraulic help.
Reasons it's still a bad idea:

• Requires a CDL
• Revs out at 55mph with 11R20's
• Will smash the car they can't see when merging
• Rides worse than a camelback Mack
