My understanding was that he got rid of Baked after finding out about his association with the Alt Right years ago, I'm thinking 2017/2018.
It was mentioned in the Porsalin documentary on Baked.

After baked did the IRL LA stream with Andy Warski and Asian Andy, there was some drama about Baked's discord doxxing Andy Warski's sister/family.
They had this IBS stream about it, and Andy Warski said on stream that Baked did coke at Ice Poseidon's house. And both of them mentioned Ice Poseidon alot
Some time later Mister Metokur called Ice Poseidon about this, because Baked was still trying to grift off of Ice Poseidon. And then Ice Poseidon got pissed that baked was doing drugs at his house/that people knew that there were drugs at ice Poseidon's house, which also with the political thing made ice disavow/kick baked off of IP2 back then
This was around the time Baked tried to tone down his "toxic" content and I guess mister Metokur felt some what responsible for giving Baked and audience, because of Baked's IBS days that Mister Metokur help grow

The contest is just fundamentally flawed, everyone is using different devices and likely a single freeze up or network issue will instantly cause you to lose. Touchscreens are finicky and i doubt they are ever tested to maintain a single press for days on end uninterrupted, and most phones are loaded up with so much junk software that will probably use some data/cpu power or interrupt your connection briefly. Also i am pretty sure leaving a device flush on the same surface with backlight on, constantly communicating with the internet, plugged into a charger as a video game endlessly runs will contribute to overheating as time goes on too. From my somewhat antiquated experience, small devices will continue to gain heat over time and depend alot on downtime to regulate their temperature.
There is no conceivable way to ensure everyone gets a fair shot with all the differing hardware and software interactions and limited control most preconfigured smart phones allow you. I took interest in this when i first heard of how it worked knowing it would be a shitstorm, regardless of how well made the program was.
