he didnt get banned initally, probably because people werent flagging the vid en masse because it was comedy gold or youtube staff was asleep, it was the middle of the night. he was streaming on the same vod until 5am or so his time. it was like a 4 hour vod. he didnt delete the vod and restart, but the vod was restarted when they got back to the hotel, otherwise i wouldnt have been able to pull the screencap of her showing chaturbate on the phone. i dont think aa even noticed but reddit sure did. if he got a strike, the stream would have been nuked, and he wouldnt have been able to keep streaming on that acct until 5am. it wasnt. its not even a ban, its a strike on the acct where you cant stream folr 90 days is all. that link you posted is broken, it doesnt play, guess it coulda gotten taken down or somethin.
edit: apparently his 2nd chan DID get striked, but much later, most certainly due to setting the vod to 'unlisted' and not full on deleted..striked is not banned. same thing happened to ebz's first channel, he had to go to a 2nd one. these guys want to keep the content so they set the vods in question to unlisted, probably to save it for themselves, but while the vod is still there, youtube staff can still see reports/etc and take action on the channel.
