wife/husband/long term relationship, they're are all quite similar to me. For pretty obvious reasons.

Ah, so then you confirm my assessment of your logic. You and Fuckbot don't have a wife/long term relationship ("they are all quite similar to me"), therefore you're missing the key component to happiness, therefore you are terrible people who deserve to be unhappy.

Boyfriend/Girlfriend: Someone who you have been seeing for a while but in most cases haven't been dating long enough to be exclusive to each other.

Long Term Relationship: A term used to describe a relationship where the two participants have been dating for a year or more!

Wife/Husband: someone whom you have been married to for a quite a while!

Naw because he's a special snowflake without a hint of wackness.

no

we have had some experience, some taste of what it would be like to have such a thing

we are already far and beyond the base level of someone say as Elliot Rodger

Except you don't have it currently. That's the key thing here. If happiness is all dependent on whether or not you currently have a wife/girlfriend then it doesn't matter if you've had one in the past. You lack one now, therefore you cannot be happy.

???

product of your upbringing implies the past is of utmost importance

This goes against everything you've been saying about having a girlfriend/wife for the past five pages.

So which is it? You don't need a wife/girlfriend in order to be truly happy or you do?
