Wasn't there some 'thing' a while back about Chris being the leader of Antifa or maybe the left? I can't remember now if it was some meme, something on a website or even a few comments in here.

Maybe that's where the idea guy has been leading to? Chris proclaiming himself the poster/spokes-child for Antifa in the way he once said he led the first generation of autistics into the light?

Where are we getting this idea that Chris believes his creations are talking to him? I've seen this around but whats the reason for it?

Because Chris has claimed as such over the years.

The first instance was years ago when, in a meeting with Mary Lee Walsh at PVCC, he told her he had a message to deliver to her from Sonichu.

Then, more recently, he's been claiming several other things like Discord (a MLP FIM antagonist character turned good) talking to him and then the whole Hyperdimension Neptunia "possession" where some fictional representation of a video game console took over his body.

I've taken that with a grain of salt. I see at as Chris just being autistic and using his imagination as we all did when we were his mental age. He's autistic, not schizophrenic.

The jury is kind of out on that if I'm honest - he legit thinks he cured his Autism with binatural beats, is developing psychic powers to enable himself to fly, and destroyed a toy effigy of his idealized self because he claimed it was bugged by the Nazis.

I think it's not an unreasonable thought, even if wrong. Chris has definitely been paid for lots of content in the past. This stuff obviously is being passed to him and it seems to have become more difficult for weens to pull that on him. So it seems rational to assume he's either being paid or someone has got something hanging over his head.

But of course using the 'rational' explanation doesn't work if you're dealing with somone who isn't rational. If someone is far enough into looney-land to think his "original" characters inhabit another dimension connected to ours and can communicate with him it might be possible to run him through all sorts of ridiculous crap if you don't mind screwing around with a unstable mind.

Sorta like swinging a sledgehammer to take down a few walls in an older house without bothering to check if they're load-bearing. To paraphrase Hank Hill, it's 'putting extra stress on a structure that wasn't up to code in the first place.'

I'm not sure why Idea Guy in particular gets accused of that. I mean, the Lady Manager trolls from a couple years ago were influencing Chris somehow, but I don't think people accused them of paying him.

That probably wouldn't go well. Plus even if Idea Guy is a member here and people find him, what then? He still has power over Chris anyway.
