If a whites only society was possible, what do you do with the 99-75% white people? - What do you do with the almost white people

Pretty much everyone knows what they are; the ones that don't, should leave. The ones that do, should stay.
 
The "one drop rule" is largely a myth;most societies who have had some sort of formal racial policy have drawn the line at 7/8 or 87,5% for when a person in considered a member of a race (i.e one would be allowed to have one great grand-parent of another race and still be considered white provided that all other ancestors were white).

iirc it was 31/32 to join the SS, otherwise it's drawn at 7/8

SS membership (not foreign Waffen SS auxiliaries) was restricted to pure Germanic descent since 1700 - with "pure German" dictated by the Nuremberg laws.

Let them go back to Africa or wherever they came from. Otherwise let them stay as long as they pledge allegiance to the state's values and marry only whites to dilute the other racial traits.

Wut? Read up on Plessy v Ferguson. The plaintiff, Homer Plessy, was specifically chosen by anti-segregation activists because he was 1/8 black (an octoroon) and passed for white. Most states with the one drop rule on the books officially used at least 1/16 (hexadecaroons) and some were 1/32 or 1/64. There were also like one or two presidents of Liberia (formerly an African American ethnostate) back in the day who were octoroons (but most were quadroons or clearly black mulattos before the local savages took over).
