How many atmospheres of pressure can this spaceship handle? If it is 0 to 1, then I would just put the ship to work by rigging it with research tools from space agencies and live peacefully within. I wish I could explore the ocean unimpeded and see what humans have left down there over history.

As time moves on, possible for humans to also learn how to resolve aging and build spaceships.

Depends on what kind of spaceship it is. Is it just their version of an economy car, a research vessel, or a small warship? If it's armed well enough, I'd try and maybe do some regime changing.
But no matter what, I'd just see what's out there in the solar system. Definitely take some pictures of the landing sites of the Apollo missions, and the ISS from the outside. Maybe even re-plant Old Glory on the moon and take out the Chinese probes on the moon and Mars.
