It would get held up in shithole south american and central african countries where you would have to deal with the sheer amount of nigger diseases that would inevitably infect a large occupying/invading force. I would give it 10-20 years though

Lets say this happens Friday and they announce a new currency that trades 1:1 with the US Dollar. On saturday BRICS/NATO offers everyone in congress 20:1 to transfer their funds from dollars to 'Heckarinos' or whatever they decide to call them.
I know that's not a military siege, but how many politicians throughout the world would take that offer by Sunday?
Democracy would be dead on Monday morning.

We haven't had a perfect system in awhile especially in the past century. Russia and China like pretty much everywhere else are Authoritarian states. It's just the states that pretend to be democratic are the most amoral in my opinion as they clearly refuse to tell you directly who rules over you and keeps the population retarded and in bliss.

Pretty much all countries in BRICS hate or try to one-up each other.

BRICS is less of an alliance and more of a "OOSA notice how much better I am than these other 4 shitholes" lol
 
Well you'd definitely lose South Africa and Brazil before you made any progress south. I still can't believe that basked case is still referenced in that acronym BRICS.

Wouldn't BRINC make more sense? Replace them with Nigeria and you're in a lot better shape.

  • R: Currently in a slog/slap fight of a war with its neighbor. Though it'll most likely win in the end, most countries in the world have cut them off diplomatically and economic-wise. To add insult to injury, they have the highest rates of HIV, abortion, and alcoholism in the entire world.
  • I: Probably in the best shape compared to the others, but get into territory spats with China all the time. May be the next growing superpower after the US collapses.
  • C: Horrendous infrastructure, horrendous demographics with one child policy coming back to bite them. Not even close to becoming a superpower.
  • S: Literal zombie apocalypse conditions.
