I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that Chris wasn't the worst client she's had. There's a LOT of freaks out there who's only chance to have sex is to pay for it.

1. You still lose your virginity, even if you paid for it. It doesn't matter how it's done, it's the act that is relevant. I would still be interested if Chris would get mad if you told him he was still a Virgin With Rage since prostitution doesn't count.

2. I have no problem with Chris being shamed for prostitution, on ethical grounds along the lines of what Alec said, but I understand there are a lot of people on the opposite side of the argument with good points too.

...and yes, I did point out that Chris chose to patronize an industry that practices things like human trafficking. Whatever anyone's stance on legal prostitution might be, the fact is that black-market prostitution as it is now is an incredibly repugnant thing. Chris claims to "love" women, but he's clearly willing to endorse their degradation for his own selfish desires.

Sex trade crimes don't exist in his world. His head just may well explode if he knew about it. He was probably expecting to interact with a cartoon stereotype 1970's pimp. None of his opinions seem to have much basis in reality anyway. Prostitution is okay to him because he got his pickle tickled. His mind is closed off on anything else pertaining to the matter.

I'm kind of wondering if Chris even really understood she was a prostitute.

Item: him talking with no shame about it on Facebook, and describing her as simply a woman he had casual sex with.

Item: him angrily refuting that she was a prostitute in a later Facebook post.

Item: him giving her a literal gift basket in appreciation

Item: The possibility that a third party set this up without telling Chris she was a prosti.

Chris must have still paid the hooker himself though, because I highly doubt any troll would go out and commit an actual crime just to get Chris some china. And he is aware that prostitutes are people you pay to have sex with.

Uhh, I don't remember. Anyway, the time he got hung up on he didn't explicitly haggle, just told them the sad story of his life. This time, he might've told her the story and just didn't get hung up on.
