If you're sure it's from over use then yes. Else you should go to a clinic. Silicon based lube is the best. It's even recommended for non sexual purposes.

I don't know about lube for the sores, but if you want to heal skin sores from rubbing, you could use something like Bag Balm (Udder Balm) to heal sores and really cracked dry skin. It's usually used by farmers to take care of cow udders that have sores or are raw, but works on people too. You can find it in the health/beauty section of a lot of drugstores. It's like lotion, but it's much thicker. Makes your skin soft and healthy pretty quick. Or that cream they put on baby butts might work.
