If there was a button that would trigger every country's nukes to hit their preprogrammed destinations, would you press it?

That'd only possibly apply for the less dense places in large countries like the US or Russia and irrelevent countries, if you live in western Europe you're not going to escape the aftermath of a nuclear exchange regardless of where you live due to size of the country.
It's estimated that nuclear bombs won't seriously injure you when you're more then ten kilometres from the epicenter, as nuclear bombs are generally keyed to airblast and not spread nuclear waste over a large area. Not all of the minor cities will be hit, and unimportant countries will be untouched.

Well, nobody would be -completely- untouched, and even air burst fallout is going to depend on materials that are reactive.. unfortunately sand, concrete dust and the salt in ocean water are all ionizable

reprogram them so they all launch to the moon so it can spell out the N-word with a hard R that's visible form Earth

I'd find a way to make the button a kill switch. Force the globe to work together and solve human aging.

Probably not. All it'd result in is developed nations getting fucked, while most of the world's overpopulated shitholes get off scot-free.
It would be funny when all of NATO realizes that Israel's nukes were aimed at them, their supposed ally, though.
