More than 10 years ago, 4chan used to have a feature where you could report posts for commercial advertising/spam. They got rid of that feature, and every board became overrun with paid shills.

I would Bring back /qa/, use a different captcha for posting, i would make it so pass users aren't rate limited when posting

I would get rid of the 4chan pass bullshit, make a more reasonable captcha that isn't required for every post, and I would make it a priority to crack-down on reposted content or starting a thread with social media screencaps. The most important thing to me would be incentivizing creativity and putting some effort into posts, and disincentivizing spam, actual shills, and meme addicted retards who think being as annoying as possible = trolling. This would even clean up /pol/ to a great extent, since it wouldn't just be full of tertiary content they copied from faceberg boomers and /x/-tier nonsense they probably only pretend to believe for fun. I'm sure many of you are familiar with this meme(which wasn't even true at the time), but these days it's more like facebook, twitter, and reddit are shitting in 4chan's mouth simultaneously, and the result is distilled cancerous excrement. To top it all off, most of the content on social media are reactions to the MSM, which is suppossedly on the bottom of the ladder, hence 4chan is full of "teritary content".
