For me, I would move to Argentina, Brazil, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Portugal, or Norway.

I know this is in the United States but there's Arizona.I'd go to Australia for the geographic and geologic features if the government weren't gay.
Mexicans. If you've never been around them there's no way to explain it.I know this is in the United States but there's Arizona.
Cool. I will take that information to heart.Tassie is awesome, but country Victoria is nice. Realistically, just stay out of the cities and you'll be fine.
Tasmania is also really expensive to live in. I was going to move down about 4 years ago when housing was still reasonable, but since then there's been a massive amount of Melbourne people moving, especially to Hobart. The cost of housing has gone through the roof, and food was already expensive.Cool. I will take that information to heart.
From what I gather Victoria really is the place to be as long as you're not trying to live in the city. I can understand it being the most Labor-leaning state just because of how gargantuan Melbourne has become, but rural Victoria really hasn't been pozzed?Tasmania is also really expensive to live in. I ended up in the Macedon Ranges, which is a beautiful area, and far cheaper.
It depends what you mean by pozzed. From what I gather Victoria really is the place to be as long as you're not trying to live in the city. I can understand it being the most Labor-leaning state just because of how gargantuan Melbourne has become, but rural Victoria really hasn't been pozzed?
Wow. Basically sounds like where I’m at except we had no lockdown to ignore. We definitely have to lock stuff though, the progressives in America are bound and determined to import inner city ne’er do wells and illegal immigrants to all corners of America and they’re succeeding. We don’t have much robbery here though because we all have multiple handguns and contrary to what the media says you can’t just pick one up willy nilly in any state. It depends what you mean by pozzed.
My town is small (3-4000 people), but we have a great "live and let live" culture. I'm sure there's gossip and busybodies, but I don't use social media, so it doesn't affect me.
There's a lot of hunting, fishing, and general outdoorsy stuff that goes on, along with a sharing of whatever is caught/shot. My wife and I also gather wild edibles and give those to the neighbours, and in return I've gotten venison, goat, eggs, fish, home grown vegetables, and various preserves.
Basically, you're taken at your word, and if you don't stand by your word you become an outsider.
There's one or two non-white families, and one or two gays, but nobody cares.
We didn't have a lockdown during the heat of covid, when Melbourne had 111 days of lockdown and when they did the last 5 day lockdown, everyone ignored it, including the local police.
One thing my town doesn't have is a Centrelink office, so we have no junkies or ice monkeys, no graffiti, and no crime to speak of. I regularly forget to lock my car, and sometimes even my house, and it doesn't matter.
As far as politics, I don't know. I voted once in my life, and that was 2007
It's unfathomably depressing that this policy is "fucking based" and not the standard.the government passed a law in 2016 or 2017 where citizens can shoot terrorists in self-defense.
Hell, every single country in Europe should have pro-gun laws. It's unfathomably depressing that this policy is "fucking based" and not the standard.
We're lucky, because our town has no public transport. It's very occasionally a pain, but because of that there's no one living on welfare in the area. Quite a lot of the people who would be a problem simply can't live here. We're also not on a major road, so criminal types would pretty much have to take a chance on driving an hour out of Melbourne in the hopes of finding something to steal.Wow. How does public transport even work for you guys? I literally know no one who has ever used it here but it's all within the city here too, nothing that actually travels. And only the biggest city in the state even has it, everywhere else if you don't have a car you're SOL. My whole state doesn't even have Amtrak so you really have to be coming here on purpose to get here. Sorry about the gun laws, I know I'm lucky in that regard. And I thought the toilet paper famine was a meme, I didn't realize it actually happened. That they had security making sure no out-of-towners could get it is based. We're lucky, because our town has no public transport. Of course, we have absolutely retarded gun laws, but hunting is an exception, so pretty much every man has two or three.
When the great toilet paper famine of 2020 hit, there was some talk of blockading the town, because filthy city people were hitting all the regional towns and buying out everything they could. One of the towns near us actually had security guards and they would check id to make sure you were a local.
It is the standard everywhere in the world that you're allowed to shoot people in self-defense, so this was probably some kind of virtue-signal law they passed that doesn't change anything except get some headlines and reassure the people that based political party hates terrorists. It's unfathomably depressing that this policy is "fucking based" and not the standard.
In Melbourne public transport is everywhere. Trains, trams, and buses. Victoria has a pretty extensive rail network, I haven't really looked into it, but it's multiple trains a day, some lines run hourly. There's also buses that run from regional centres to the city as well. How does public transport even work for you guys? Oh yes, that was real. They also took all the canned food, and anything that could be stored for a long time. And I thought the toilet paper famine was a meme, I didn't realize it actually happened. That they had security making sure no out-of-towners could get it is based.
Best state in America.Florida. Cause freedom, dammit.
I know Florida isn’t a country, but it might as well be at this point.
