Not the biggest ADF follower, but I think they both have their pros and cons:

Pros:
CWCville: Good education and welfare systems (soup hotels and dating ed)
CWCville: English-speaking
CWCville: Less gay shit (thanks Magi-chan)
Australatina: Strong military (competent armed forces and Sasuke probably lives there)

Cons:
CWCville: Weak civic institutions (kangaroo courts)
CWCville: Within driving distance of Richmond
CWCville: Poor security (Russian/Nazi invasion, Count Graduon)
CWCville: Poor healthcare (the fucking idiot that turned Blachu black by spilling coke on him works there)
CWCville: Gun control
Australatina: Hispanic
Australatina: Borders Canada
