if you hate pitbulls that much would go handle one ina fist fight?

Mercenaries can handle them. If people were serious about regulating dangerous dog breeds, bringing back bounties might work.

I could do it. Hold my arm out for the dog to bite then shoot a chi energy ball at the dog frying it's aura in a sizzle attack causing 4d6 lightning/plasma damge. Then while it was stunned with the zap attack shocking it's neurosystem I'd do a spinning dragon uppercut knocking the dog through the ceiling and onto the next floor of the building. The dog would be frazzled and little tweety birds would be flying in a circle around its head. Then with a snap and a slap, ninja knife hand attack right into the dog's jungler vein in it's neck stopping the blood flowing through the doomed doggy's circulatory system. While this was happening I'd do the one inch punch to the dog's chest stopping the dog's heart and the dog's heart would explode and blood would shoot out of every orifice.
