If you use a song for your alarm clock, which one is it?

Johann Sebastian Bach - Toccata and Fugue in D minor, BWV 565
I made that my phone's ringtone for a while knowing damn well that I would condition myself to be terrified of that piece. I thought it would be funny, it kind of was.

I still use a clock radio, because I like to be able to see what time it is if I wake up in the middle of the night without having to reach over and fiddle with my phone. It's set to the local oldies station, which works well for me.
Given the state of radio these days, I'm sure that means you hear the exact same song at the exact same time at least three times a week.

It's not an appendage of some corporate monstrosity, but rather a low-powered revival of a local top-40 station that aired from 1959 to 1976. And they play songs from that entire era, not just the top 5 from any given year. Lots of b-sides and deep cuts, and performers who have been long forgotten elsewhere. And once an hour they offer up a "Forgotten oldie", some novelty song or something that for some reason or another didn't quite stand the test of time. Guess when I have my alarm set?

This has been my alarm for the last year and it will probably remain that way for a very long time because it's a banger.

It used to be
Now it’s a cat thinking she’s entitled to food at 6 AM.

Have to pick something that doesn't immediately irritate me when I wake up. If I ran an early morning radio show, I'd use one of these as my intro song.

When I was a youngster I had this as my alarm song. It completely ruined the concept for me but definitely woke my ass up.

I used to use "Face Melter" by Death Grips as my alarm until my now wife told me to stop. It sounds, to me, like a dial up signal fed through a meat grinder, which worked very well at the time.

Imo the best alarm songs start slow and build and aren’t too jarring so I can wake up gently, so to speak. Of course a lot of people need a freight train to wake them up, I don’t really have that problem. I’ve used this song for years as my alarm and don’t hate it yet.
