Id take a overly complicated enumeration of all users that day, then (suppose its n users) roll n/2 times a number between 1 and n, then take the average x and ban the one corresponding to the 2x+x^2 account in the enumeration. If its at the end of the list either redo the whole process with a new enumeration or pretend its a ring and do the 2x+x^2 mod n.
This should suffice for a puzzle piece, rright?
