ILJ's connection to Praetor (Annie, Owen and Caden + ?) - Group of disturbingly young people who exploit Chris's infamy for money

The shop had 528 sales total. I think Praetor's first run of medallions was 300 at $25, then they issued gold ones at $60. They also sold magic stones for $45 (later $20).

Assuming a run of 150 gold medallions, they might've grossed nearly $20k. Say 10% for Chris? Any tard could make all the merch in a day. If Caden roped in his buds for the initial presentation then ran the shop alone, it had the potential to be fairly lucrative long term.

Also, full names from the graduation clip: "Caden Michael Peck" and "Owen Scot Sundstrom".

The OP says they made $6000 (not sure what the source for that is) so Chris got slightly under 7% if they gave him $400. I don't know if the $6000 included materials but it sounds like Chris was being ripped off. Praetor has 4(?) other members and $6000 divided by 5 is a lot more than $400, even accounting for materials.

Etsy also takes 5% so the lowest boundary estimate, not accounting for PayPal fees etc, they prob scored about $1-1.2k each

Lol! How exactly do you “rip off” someone who shits their pants and does nothing, but still gets 400$?

Chris would owe them money if all the time they spent asspatting him on Twitter and LARPing about da Merge was included.

400$ also sounds like a low end estimate of what Chris pulled in on all his retail fraud over the years.

Chris kept being a weirdo which maintained his brand which kept people buying his stuff. He also created 10 years of material which created his brand, not all of which was that pleasant for him. Whether Chris deserved $400 (or anything) morally is another thing, but from a business perspective only he was clearly being taken advantage of.

Chris should have designed some merchandise based on himself which he would own completely and then outsourced it to a professional company. He still only would have had to do a photoshoot (and stay active on social media) but could have made much more. Too bad his brand is ruined now.

In fairness Chris DID try and make merch, and failed so badly Sockness had to come in and try and save it.

Yup, Chris ended up an internet legend for the wrong reasons, but looking at it from the perspective of any other popular internet personality who has licensed merchandise of their characters and likeness, he was being ripped off and not fairly compensated. It's not like other internet personalities have to do anything other than sit on their ass while their merch is sold either.

Well, we don't have any proof that they were necessarily involved in any ween shit, but the taser situation was weird, and we know they do have connections to Bella. So it's probably best to work from that confirmed link if we want to know what they were up to.

The thing is: All of Chris’s content is shit (well almost all of it, aside from the hilarity), and Sonichu is of course a mashup of two copyrighted characters that Chris has no legal right to profit from.

Chris’s “brand” is delusional tweets and trolling sagas mostly created by other people.

Could Chris create legal merchandise tied to himself and sell it? Aside from commissions I don’t think so.

I think he has limited rights to make money on it under fair use or parody but his whole universe is a copyright nightmare

The real insanity is that Chris has such a high opinion of himself, that he undoubtedly would think it’s an amazing idea to sell “the semen of a goddess” on “essy” or wherever.

He has plenty of original catch phrases that could be used for t-shirts, stickers, etc such as "zap to the extreme", "boyfriend free woman", "CWCville", and a bunch others. He's made figures of himself before and sold them. He could also have sold his own version of "The Classic", replacing the Ralph Lauren branding with his own. He could even have branched out into allowing a comic to be made about his life story. Honestly, the possibilities are endless and considering how many people bought the Praetor medallions there clearly was a market for it.

Chris could have made (relatively) big bucks. If not for his laziness and delusions about Sonichu being a popular and beloved character that he could market because it was his “true and Honest” creation.

Chris, as always, was his own worst enemy.

(Can you imagine his reaction if a business partner told him to lay off the shitty Crayola necklaces because he’s not legally allowed to profit off Sonichu, and concentrate on other merch?

Out with the “troll” who tells him things he doesn’t like to hear, and in with some random reddit ween who’ll agree to everything he says, and be in charge of finances because Chris trusts someone “this honest and understanding”.)

Sorry for the late response. But yes she is incorrectly identified in that picture. When we doxed the rest of the praetor people I think we came to the conclusion that she was a girl named Emma? Who was a friend of Owen. But the information was kinda shoddy and we think she was a minor so we didn't look into it to closely.
