What I mean is, what if someone decided to pursue him for harassment? Could it be done, or is this just in the legal grey area of 'shitty things to wish'?
If Snyder wanted to sue Chris in civil court, he might have a case. But it's been pointed out before that Chris continually adds "weasel words" to his threats. "By my autism, the Game Place will go down by
somebody else's bombs-on-a-stick!" or "I wish
someone would gunshot murder Michael Snyder!"
Snyder could argue defamation of character because Chris did say that he molests his daughter, as well as the time he printed out anti-Game Place coupons. The burden of proof would fall on Snyder, however, and he'd have to convince the judge that he's suffered enough loss of business or suffered enough psychologically to deserve compensation. Taken with the fact that Chris already has a restraining order against Michael and that he's already paying medical bills connected to the October 28th incident, it'd be a tough call for a judge.
Mimm's girlfriend
might be able ton convince a judge that a restraining order is necessary against Chris, but it'd be a tough sell. Same with Megan. The likelihood of Chris getting into real legal trouble for his comments, as deranged as they may be, are slim to none.
