I'm looking for a Windows compatible wireless meat thermometer

I would suggest setting up Home Assistant and buying a wireless meat thermometer that is compatible. Then you can view the temp in a web browser, set up alerts, have your lights flicker when the meat is done, etc.

Seeing you want a meat thermometer with a windows app, setting that up is way outta your league, so just buy this.

I'm making a lot of soup and I want to see what it's like on the inside of the soup. So I want to drop one of those sewer inspection cameras in but only if it's food safe and can handle the temperature.

Alternatively , if somebody knows where like a colonoscopy device is for sale on eBay cheap, I could also probably use that if I clean it up. Assuming that if it goes up somebody's asshole, it's going to be food safe.

I am so confused how you would use those to inspect soup of all thing.

You're not going to find actual medtech colonoscopy equipment for sale that has been used. Items like that are literally sent to be sanitised and then scrapped. Medical grade doesn't mean it will be food safe at temperature. They're tested to very specific requirements and out of norm usage won't guarantee material leakage at temps outside the expected values.

Most liquids in cooking only reach around 80-95c. Electronics themselves wouldn't struggle but the adhesives ued to construct them would.

Just scoop some of it out nigga and stick it in a glass measuring jug or some shit.
