The threshold for online malicious communications is actually quite high, I've made a bunch of reports myself and most come to nothing, you'd likely have to actually directly threaten someone or continually stalk someone to receive charges. Someone is crying about a woman who got prison for what she says "nasty post on X". The nasty post in question was a racist incitement to commit arson on hotels holding immigrants (which people actually did). I like a good nigger joke as much as the next guy but this is over the line perhaps.
