Bug Report Image proxy broke after server upgrade

It seems that ever since we've got the new server, the image proxy has stopped working properly, resulting in red X's while embedding external images, whether it be the chat or the profile description.

EDIT: Apparently the issue only appears when first posting the image. After a page refresh it appears properly. It's still most noticeable in the chat, where new images appear on one page load.

Images have stopped showing up for me even after a refresh.

Not being able to hotlink images on a forum is a huge inconvenience, certainly this problem can be fixed, right?

Refreshing will fix it most of the time for chat. I'm sure it'll get fixed soon. IIRC others have raised the image bork issue.
