In the interests of maintaining and improving Online Community Security &/or Safety On The Online, I propose that the Administration consider adding a banner for identifying HIV+ users. This will ensure that they are identified and cataloged, will ensure that HIV does not spread within our community, and will encourage others to stay clear and not have sex/poop back and forth/kiss/share Lunchables with them.

We already know that @God Long Army General and @Hispanic_Hitlermobile are both HIV Positive, so they can be awarded the banner as soon as it is implemented. Other users can receive the banner if necessary.

I'd say no because everyone would try to get AIDS just to be a snowflake and get a fancy banner.

Then again the possibilities of a kiwi having sex is null so I'd say go with it.
