Incredibly important forum feature I recently noticed - Very small and purely aesthetic, but important regardless

When you hover your cursor over the icon at the Member's Online header, it bobbles a little bit. This is true for the rest of the headers at the side as well.

I'm unsure whether I can't remember it from before or if I simply never noticed it, but how long has this been a thing?
