I guess it's time to post a new thread since my hiatus. What are some truly infamous gaming mods? Everyone knows of the hot coffee mod and the numerous Doom mods but we're looking for some more unknown and outrageous mods. As for me, these are my picks.

RimJobWorld:
A mod for the semi-popular colony sim game Rimworld which adds prostitution, sex, rape to animals and raiders and other features. Some people recommend not to download because it makes Rimworld a little too sexual, but I personally think it fits with the other themes of slavery in Rimworld. You can download it off of Github and LoversLab.

Doom Columbine Mod:
A mod for Doom where you can play as one of the Columbine shooters and run around campus shooting kids and teachers alike. There are actually similar mods to this one but they're really all the same.

These are just some of my picks. let's see what you guys can come up with, you surely won't dissapoint.

Infamous not because of actual content, but because the mod author was a total fag; Skyrim Civil War restored. A decent reimplementation of cut civil war assets in Skyrim. It was fairly simple and straightforward, and like most cut content mods worked 40% of the time 100% of the time. 2016 rolled around, Trump took office, Mod author lost his shit, posted a screed and took it down out of protest. Couple years later, there are several other mods that do the same thing but better.

In 4chins /vg/ thread for TES when people asked over and over for mod rec's even though they made a whole ass spreadsheet in the OP would still ask we would redirect them to this mod.

Faggot recently allowed someone to put it back up and improve upon it I believe.

Speaking of Skyrim faggots. Arthmoor and the infamous Skyrim Oblivion Gate mod comes to mind. Dude legit forced integration of it into his mods because he thinks he's the loremaster at Bethesda and threw an absolute bitch fit when people started modding it out.
 
Even though you mentioned it by proxy, can't forget to explicitly mention /pol/.wad when talking about infamous doom wads. I just assume that counts as a mod anyway. Originally intended to be one map of an entire megawad containing a map defining each of 4chan's boards, /pol/ was the only one that was finished to any notable degree. I think there was a half done /v/ wad floating around somewhere but it's not on any repository I know of. There's also UAC Labs and Tier, the wads made by Eric Harris, one of the Columbine shooters. The latter was a level pack rumored to have a level designed based on the school's layout, but I don't think it's ever actually been confirmed, and no one I know has ever seen the original wad, because, well, that shit got nuked from the internet as soon as they found out who did it, so it's unlikely it was ever actually downloaded. anything made later on by others is just a shit knockoff or pretending.

But you said wild and unknown, so here's a couple you may not have heard of:
Mundial Ronaldinho's Soccer 64 1998, essentially just a hack for International Superstar Soccer 64 by Konami, it replaces all the teams with real teams, player names with real life names, basically turns it into not-fifa on the 'realism' front. The wild part is it became so popular in brazil that it's more known than the actual original, and was sold in stores there. It's also pretty cool the lengths they went to. recording new voice lines, swapping out the announcer even. Last year the hilariously stupid intro saw a brief spotlight in video/meme editing circles as well. You can find it on almost any romsite or in any pack (usually listed as a BR release), and I don't think the patch has ever been uploaded raw, so no link, sorry.

Gay Ghostfuckers 2, I can't possibly describe it well enough that wasn't done by that page. Along with Nude Punch-Out and much of the other rom hacks covered by i-mockery back in the day, and hundreds not. These just plain ridiculous NES romhacks used to be incredibly well known because people would fuck with romsite owners and general idiots by replacing the real deal with these stupid romhacks in big packs just to get a laugh, and the menace of these bastards was one of the inspirations to pick up the tagging system that was used for a very long time in rom hacking/cataloging (If you ever had a ROM that had weird shit like [o2] [!] [a] or the sort in the name, they were tags to signify what type of dump it was!)
