bugs fucking own. I like beetles, mantids, and stickbugs. cicadas, roaches, and wasps can get FUCKING murked however. also those evil ass water bugs that can bite through your fucking toenail.

the true best bug order is arachnidae although they are not insects, so I will settle for coleoptera because huge shiny beetles are awesome. I even like the retarded little june bugs that seem to serve no real purpose other than to eat people's nice garden plants and then fly into a puddle of water or something and fucking die

lil spidy friend today, while we fixed my car.
sadly bit blurry so idk exactly what kind of spooder.

Hate them all. Total bug death. Kill them. Smack them. Squash them. Splatter them. Stomp them. Flatten them. Crush them. Fry them on those headache-inducing UV lamps even though they smell fucking awful when they sizzle. Use so much bugspray that it'd make Auschwitz blush. Mosquitos and flies are two of the three vermin I'd use my Genie wishes on.
Spiders aren't insects but prey on them instead. They don't get in the way of us humans either. As such, they're bros. Also killing a spider brings bad luck.

Arachnofags btfo.

It's a shame mosquitos ruin things for that whole group, non biting midges (Chironomidae) are quite populous and you're likely to see these more especially around lamps in the summer.

Despite what it looks like, they lack the biology to harm you. I think you can recognize them versus mosquitos by their very fuzzy antennae(?) but I'm not quite sure that's a constant.
On the contrary there some specie of mosquito that are actually cool

theres a really skilled japanese felt artist that creates all sorts of jumping spiders in needle felt art.
(pic reminds me of that)

when i was younger i was really afraid of spiders, the bigger n fluffier the worse it was.
I think jumping spiders seem very interesting and also not so frightening, which makes it easier to want to learn about them.
there are many nice and not harmful behaving tarantulas too, but i have my personal bad expiriences with them (ex was an animal hoarder).
It's also nice to randomly observe liltte jumpy friends coming out on sunny days, even here in germany.

Some jap. Cicada ppl are already posting some pics of hatched cicadas,
so i think it's slowly starting over there.

I also think i found the Pokemon: Wommel.

I think Wommel aka Cutiefly has already been shared enough but it's still very fluffy to look at!
i love the german name for it: Wollschweber, woolglider.

hell yeah bruh, i'm flauschig. watch me gliding.

Post that helped me find them again:

imagine the life of a wollschweber, no work, no taxes, no housing crisis.
just bzzz bzzz and nectar, lots of nectar.

the green one in the first pic was always around in summer, at least i saw them often

I recently bought Grounded on Steam (a survival sandbox game where you are shrunk down, and have to survive in a backyard), and I'm having fun. But I feel so bad whenever I kill an ant or a weevil, the game makes them look so cute, but I need their guts to make cool stuff. I don't know if I can live with myself, insect bros (:_(
