For example, if you had the pollbook and voter roll you check and see if the number of votes don't exceed registered voters. you could look at the signatures on mail in envelopes and see if there's one signature on multiple or see if they match the voter registration.

However, Trump's motions the past month have aligned with both, as he's doing persuasion to the American public that the election was stolen (95% of Republicans and 30% of Democrats now believe it was) and aligning the Glowy agencies such that he'll have loyalists in charge if shit goes down.
