The first two videos are gone but the third is still there

View attachment 1891199

That video has been viewed 38 million times and it didn't matter. 38 million people saw the proof that something strange was up and absolutely nothing happened.

Now that is demoralizing

Most people would probably dismiss it because their trusted MSM didn't tell them about the videos nor the written orders. I mean if it were real, surely they'd tell them?

The response filing is pretty well put together. Granted at least 50 (probably more like 55) senators don't give a flying fuck about the Constitution or limits on their powers.
Yeah, good thing they misspelled United States in their well-put-together filing

Item 1 is misleading - the SCOTUS will need to issue a ruling on whether he can be tried before the trial begins, or it opens up the possibility that they could challenge the trial after the verdict and make even more of a shitshow. It's very possible that the SCOTUS defers to the Senate's exclusive authority on this topic, however -- again, the people spouting 'muh constitution' don't seem to have done much reading of the document. Given that his charges were arraigned in the house while he was still a sitting president, the language is genuinely ambiguous as to if he is eligible to be tried.

They may defer over the wording "The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments," interpreting 'sole Power' to mean that the constitution leaves it up exclusively to the senate, not the scotus, over whether a non-sitting president can still be tried in the senate. That's essentially what they need the SCOTUS to rule on. The language is ambiguous as to whether a president can be convicted without consequence, only that the consequences are limited to his removals from office and barring from running.

  • Item 2 is correct - he's not guilty of sedition or treason or whatever, so it's irrelevant.
  • Item 3 and 4 are retarded, because he's not under criminal trial. Those words and accusations are true if the senate decides that they are true.
  • Item 6 is weasel-words. Breaching the Capitol is a seditious act, even if Trump didn't tell people directly to do that and didn't do it himself; again as to whether he incited people, this is not a legal court of law.
  • Item 7 is half-right; the use of the word "find" doesn't hold in-context that he was leaning on the guy like a mafia boss, but he was browbeating him by suggesting that Raffen was guilty of breaking federal law. Since it's not a legal court, it doesn't even need to muster up direct, legal threat; the implication is enough if the senate so decides.
  • Item 8 is a re-run of item 3/4.

  • The defense past the items first repeats the issue with item 1 - scotus will need to rule on it, and there's a good chance they just let the senate decide based on the language.
  • Then it suggests that this would be a bill of attainder - this is retarded, because impeachment is not a criminal or civil or anything-of-that-nature crime for which he's being tried.
  • Whining about protected speech is retarded because he's not on civil or criminal trial.
  • Arguing that the house process was "rushed" is a dumb move because he's arguing from the executive - the executive has no say in how the House conducts impeachment; that it broke precedent is true, but this is a rhetorical appeal.
  • Again whining about free speech is retarded in this case and it's a rhetorical appeal to a base that doesn't understand what it means.
  • Complaining that senators have to vote for ALL charges at once is really, really stupid; the suggestion is that some may only want to convict on certain charges, not on others, but must vote yes or no in totality. This is true, but this is a rhetorical argument.
  • If the Chief Justice really isn't slated to hear the Senate impeachment trials, that is genuinely unconstitutional. So hey, there's one.
    • However, it looks like they're trying to say that... the house "chose to let jurisdiction lapse," which means they're suggesting that maybe the chief justice won't oversee the trial, because the wording is "When the President of the United States is tried." Roberts needs to be there, period, and if he isn't, the Senate trial is shambolic.

Nothing Trump's legal team has ever put together has been well put together. Don't you remember the election fraud lawsuits that used bad math, had misspellings and used screenshots from Twitter and Parler as evidence?

What's with the #AlexandriaOcasioSmollett hastag on Twitter being spammed with K-Pop posts?

I clicked on a few accounts and I swear they all come across like bot accounts. Just retweeting stuff, nothing that seems like it's a real person.

Thre are some folks out there. Ex special forces.

But this goes to show conservatives are push overs and used to having others do work for them

It's more that the conservatives have been trained for decades to never, ever, ever EVER organize. Because Organization is something commies do. That's what their political advisors, the ones with the hammer and sickle tattoos covered by GOP wristbands, tell them every day.

So instead of organizing, the right just stands around expecting someone else to do something, ranting about how the left keeps "colluding with each other" (read: organizing) and how that's bullshit... but never doing it themselves.

It certainly doesn't help that any time leftists break ranks and join the right (walk away movement) or righties do try and organize (stop the steal movement) both are the first people against the wall the second the left is able to do anything to them. (The leader of the former got terrorism charges tossed at him for tweeting about the riot; the latter are being blacklisted by the GOPe under explicit orders from the DNC.) To say nothing about Trump, who kinda organized things by accident and whom they are now literally calling for his supporter's kids to be deprogrammed like cult victims.

I don't see how this ends. Probably with the right so damned pissed they don't NEED to formerly organize, they just need to have a general idea of where to direct their "direct action."

Every single trending hashtag has thousands of the kpop pedophiles spamming videos of their favorite generic shitty twink band members. It's a combination of "oh my god, hot little asian boys" causing desperate women to splooge out + the general cuthroat nature of manufactured popstars in that neck of the woods. Plus there's a theory that since Korea is pretty woke compared to Japan (who, while losing ground to them, generally refuses to put up with the SJWs' shit) there may be a concentrated effort to try and get weebs addicted to imitation korean brand culture product instead of Japanese pop culture.

Having said that, I haven't seen any specific political slant to the kpop shit. It's just your bog standard "hey if we spam the shit out of this auto-playing video of this faggy ass pedo bait the view count number goes up and everyone thinks he's popular, which is a win for me because I'm a stalker addicted to parasocial relationships" thing. I guess it's more healthy than having Japanese idol fans literally spend $45,000 on copies of the music CD to force idols popularity up.

I think it's because a good amount of these K Pop accounts might be left leaning, so they do that to derail a conservative hashtag trend.

So you also see the potential of things like Christchurch and OKC and Columbine happening in Minecraft. However, I believe the left will do that first because of some moral need to do it for their ideal world to become a reality.

If you read Days of Rage, which covered the version of Antifa the 1970s had to deal with, they started in on pipe bombs right about now in their cycle. I expected it last year, and if Trump had won, it definitely would have happened. I'm waiting for the Uniparty to openly suppress the DSA types before expecting it now.

You forget one thing: Democrats will excuse pretty much anything if it leads to good optics/PR and/or goes along with the approved narrative. I fully expect the Biden Administration to be filled with those on the left trying to test what they can get away with in the name of creating teir progressive utopia and removing MAGA from proper society.

They're already talking about enemies lists, created de-facto enemies lists in private, started to remove people for the crime of supporting the President, are exploring ways of stacking the lower and upper courts, and have spoken in private about taking children away from Trump supporters and putting them in orphanages.

Fun fact: Orphanages are only for children whose parents are dead.

And this is just the stuff we've heard about. The further down the rabbit hole you go? The more insane they get.
