Well they're not wrong about Humanity being a blight on the planet.
It ain't about Trump losing. It's about the victory of people who see the world as rotten and must undertake and enact any and every means necessary to create their utopia (basically Death Note, minus the killer notebooks). It's people who are emboldened by the positive press and endorsements (vocal or not) of politicians in Washington who know that if you wrap things in the right talking points, you'll be the good guy, so things can be a harmonious relationship filled with collaborators and attack dogs to the point where people will sell out their own families if it means some Twitter pats and get your Twitter social credit score up, and being told they're a good person for "doing their part". Look at what happened this summer. Some call it "Cultural Revolution in America", others call it "reexamining the past of our country". And history is written by the winners, so guess what'll happen. And now that Democrats have all of Congress and the White House, they can easily pursue their pet projects unopposed. Biden was only meant to flush the cancer of Trump out of the system and he's doing that with his EOs. After that, Biden steps aside and someone like Kamala, AOC, or an AOC that isn't as impulsive and can actually be kept on a leash will move to create the utopia Democrats have dreamed of and feel they were promised since Hillary was announced as the candidate in 2016.
Only Minecraft knows the limits these people will go to now that they have the power and supporters that have a cheering power structure and pundits in their corner ready to ballwash, carry water, and whitewash. I have my idea of what they'll try. What's your theory of what they'll do? Look at how the left sees Trump, his supporters, and everything MAGA stands for in general. Well, if CHAZ is any indication, the progressive utopia Democrats crave will fail if only because of things like human nature where someone strong and exerting force will force their way to the top of the power structure. And then in the LA Riots, you had the Roof Koreans and a black kid being shot by a Korean store owner over some orange juice, so there's always the chance that the way of the prison yard will come into effect, and then there's the fact that if the US tries to share its prosperity with the rest of the world, things could be a rude awakening because the rest of the world doesn't want what the US is selling (Iran will nuke America the first chance it has the means to do so, there are tons of others in the Middle East that see America as full of infidels that need to be purged from the world, Europe just sees America as just a sugar daddy for things like NATO and the Paris Climate Accord, and China is just an expansionist force that wants to rule over everything under their banner of Maoist communism, perfectly content with the world burning if it means they can be the undisputed king of the ashes.)
