It's nowhere near October, but one ensemble is already on track to be named the most controversial Halloween costume of 2015.

Social media users were out in full force on Monday criticizing several Halloween retailers for offering a Caitlyn Jenner costume reminiscent of the former-athlete's Vanity Fair cover earlier this year.

While Jenner's supporters condemned the costume as "transphobic" and "disgusting" on Twitter, Spirit Halloween, a retailer that carries the costume, defended the getup.

"At Spirit Halloween, we create a wide range of costumes that are often based upon celebrities, public figures, heroes and superheroes," said Lisa Barr, senior director of marking at Spirit Halloween. "We feel that Caitlyn Jenner is all of the above and that she should be celebrated. The Caitlyn Jenner costume reflects just that."

"Described as the first of its kind, the UAE’s new “national law of reading” was announced by UAE president, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahyan, earlier this week. It will allow government staff time to read at work – although they must focus on reading matter about professional and personal development within the context of the workplace.

The law will also oblige coffee shops to offer reading material for their customers, said Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum, the UAE’s vice-president and Dubai’s ruler, and will see branches of libraries opened in malls, as well as exempting books from fees and taxes."

Missing woman found chained in storage container

Possible serial killer in SC. Unfortunately her boyfriend has not been found (they were allegedly abducted together).
Gross.

Holy fuck, did a senior chief I worked with become in charge of the UAE? He always insisted we were not allowed to talk and had to read manuals the entire watch.

It was as fun as it sounds.

Though I'm betting this is just a way to insist that everybody studies the Koran for an hour.

I'd doubt it.
The UAE isn't as strict on religion as say, Saudi Arabia. Still, this is a good idea honestly

Rolling Stone is heading the way of Gawker

The 10-member jury found journalist Sabrina Rubin Erdely was responsible for libel, with actual malice. Jurors also said Rolling Stone and its publisher were responsible for defaming University of Virginia administrator Nicole Eramo.

This is about the infamous "Jackie" rape story.

Its this bitch. I'm pretty sure she would love a good raping, given the amount she talks about it.

Thanks, Tedx, for yet another informative talk.
That chick's body is a disaster. Is she not wearing a bra or are her tits just way to far down her chest. Also, she looks like she got hit in the face with a shotgun shell full of rock salt with all the strange shit going on up in that area.

The more of this shit I watch the more I hate this shit. I fucking hate all this "being responsible for your own personal safety is rape culture" shit. It is so fucking reared it is physically painful to listen to.

Paradigm shift 2070 pretty much shows that TedX is a joke anyway, tho.

Yeah, five states were gearing up to legalize (for recreational use) this election. California, Nevada, and Massachusetts passed it, Arizona didn't, and Maine is very close.
At least a few more states got a clue (wished Ohio did last year).

I'm glad I knew about that in advance or I would really flip my shit if I opened one up and saw that bullshit.
Mammoth corporations can be total dicks when they have to.
