It's nowhere near October, but one ensemble is already on track to be named the most controversial Halloween costume of 2015.

Social media users were out in full force on Monday criticizing several Halloween retailers for offering a Caitlyn Jenner costume reminiscent of the former-athlete's Vanity Fair cover earlier this year.

While Jenner's supporters condemned the costume as "transphobic" and "disgusting" on Twitter, Spirit Halloween, a retailer that carries the costume, defended the getup.

"At Spirit Halloween, we create a wide range of costumes that are often based upon celebrities, public figures, heroes and superheroes," said Lisa Barr, senior director of marking at Spirit Halloween. "We feel that Caitlyn Jenner is all of the above and that she should be celebrated. The Caitlyn Jenner costume reflects just that."

Halloween is just around the corner, which can only mean one thing: White People, Please Don't Paint Sugar Skulls On Your Face This Halloween.

Or "I could never celebrate Day of the Dead properly in the old country and, despite having Latin heritage, didn't even hear about it until some animated musical came out. I miss my grandma and am dealing with that, so learning about the holiday gave me hope. Why are you mocking that hope?!"

By that logic, white people can totally celebrate Day Of The Dead now as due to the opening scene of SPECTRE, the Mexicans now do massive carnivals and shit for it.

"Why had I never thought about Dia de Los Muertos? Why did seemingly no one care in America? "
...
"But more than anything else, I feel so angry at everyone, particularly other non-Latin whites, who appropriate and take for their own my people's culture by parading around drunk on King Street with poorly painted fake sugar skulls."

Make up your mind, no wonder nobody invited him to anything he seems such a killjoy.

I'm guessing if I went to Mexico the average local would be more than happy for me, a white westerner, to take part, most countries seem pretty happy when a foreigner takes an interest in their traditions and holidays.

He's right that the Book of the Dead was a pretty good movie though, the game Grim Fandango also used the day of the dead well as a backdrop.

Suspect in gun case tries to elude city police by donning wig, dress

n 18-year-old man was arrested and two high-capacity guns were seized late Wednesday in Baltimore after the man allegedly fled two attempted car stops and later tried to deceive officers by dressing in a wig and a dress, Baltimore Police said Thursday.

“Not a movie set, but played out like one,” said police spokesman T.J. Smith on Twitter.

Jaime Bull has been charged with six gun-related violations. Smith lamented that all the charges are misdemeanors.

“He’ll be back on the streets soon,” Smith said.

Jaime Bull, 18, has been charged with six gun-related violations (Baltimore Police Department)
Bull was waiting to see a court commissioner as of Thursday morning, police said. He did not have an attorney listed in online court records and could not be reached for comment.

Bull is listed by police as living in the 2700 block of Claflin Court in Cherry Hill, which is where he was found hiding in a home in disguise, and where police say they found a rifle with a drum magazine that Bull allegedly was seen running with before entering the home.

In court records, Bull is listed as living in the 1800 block of Presstman St. in Sandtown-Winchester in West Baltimore, a few blocks from where police said a patrol officer initially spotted individuals in a gold Honda Accord “talking to several people who are known to police, and who are linked to acts of violence in the Western District.”

When the group spotted the officer in the area, they dispersed, and the Accord “accelerated out of the area,” police said. The officer tried to pull the Accord over “with no success,” police said.

The car’s information was sent out over police radio citywide. Shortly after, officers in the Southern District attempted to stop the vehicle, also without success, police said.

Eventually, the Accord was ditched in the 2200 block of Road Road in Cherry Hill, and Bull allegedly was seen running from the scene with a rifle in his hand, police said.

Officers determined he was hiding in the home on Claflin Court, and called everyone in the home outside, police said. Bull came out in the wig and dress “in attempts to hide his identity,” police said.

Officers obtained a search warrant for the home, and inside located the .22 caliber rifle. Police also searched the Accord, where they found a loaded MAC-11 high-capacity pistol.

Level Designer Lost A Job Offer Over A Post
27 September, 2017

Life is unfair and the Internet never forgets. This is still true and today’s story just goes to prove it. MultiLockOn is a vocal Halo fan and modder. He also happens to be a professional level designer, who worked for Treyarch and helped to build Call of Duty games. As of a couple of days ago, he was actually going to land a dream job at 343 Industries. But it was never meant to be.

Someone on Reddit actually published a screenshot of some critical remarks Moses FPS about 343 designers at Halo community map forum Forge Hub. There were also other claims about his critique aimed at fellow map creators (which he denies). NeoGAF has more on this.

Sad story. I guess if you want some moral: be polite and watch what you say online. Remember, Internet never forgets.

I'm gonna go ahead and call all 343 Industries employees colossal faggots.

They forgot to mention Jews on a sign at their Holocaust memorial.
They should mention all of the targeted groups by name: Jews, Jehovah's Witnesses, Gypsies, Homogays, retards/cripples (Aktion T4 cases), political dissidents, and resistance fighters. Jews were only 6 mil of 12 or 18 or something like that.

That seems like a lot of effort to go through in order to commemorate an event that never happened.

AN oil painting by Adolf Hitler has been attacked in a museum by a screwdriver-wielding man.

The enraged art viewer yelled "bastard" as he tried to destroy the artwork by the fuhrer.

The Hitler artwork was hanging in the Museo di Salo, a museum in the lakeside resort of Salo on Lake Garda in Italy, as part of a travelling exhibition.

According to a museum spokesman, the perpetrator was around 40-years-old and came intending to slash the painting.

Security guards managed to prevent the man from destroying the painting, although the perpetrator managed to escape the museum premises.

The picture suffered only small bits of chipping of the colours. The owner, a private collector in Germany, decided after examining the damage not to file criminal charges.

The painting, measuring 12 by 16 inches, has no official name and features a seemingly endless dark space with gloomy colours.

In the foreground, a man sits behind a table next to a standing figure.

The signature "Adolf Hitler" sits in the bottom-right corner.
