It's nowhere near October, but one ensemble is already on track to be named the most controversial Halloween costume of 2015.

Social media users were out in full force on Monday criticizing several Halloween retailers for offering a Caitlyn Jenner costume reminiscent of the former-athlete's Vanity Fair cover earlier this year.

While Jenner's supporters condemned the costume as "transphobic" and "disgusting" on Twitter, Spirit Halloween, a retailer that carries the costume, defended the getup.

"At Spirit Halloween, we create a wide range of costumes that are often based upon celebrities, public figures, heroes and superheroes," said Lisa Barr, senior director of marking at Spirit Halloween. "We feel that Caitlyn Jenner is all of the above and that she should be celebrated. The Caitlyn Jenner costume reflects just that."

Politician who pushed for ‘gender-neutral’ toilets has been charged with nine child sex crimes
A local English politician who pushed for the implementation of ‘gender-neutral’ toilets just after being elected into office has now been charged with nine counts of sexual touching of a child.

According to a report by the BBC, David Smith, shortly after he was elected to the local authority in Teeside, Yorkshire as a Conservative Party politician, successfully petitioned the Mayor of Middlesbrough to trial gender-neutral toilets at the Middlesbrough Council.

In light of the allegations against him, Councillor Smith immediately resigned from the Conservative Party. After resigning Smith said that he “completely rejects” the “spurious allegations”, and claimed that he was simply “removing myself from the party [to]ensure I can focus all my efforts on fighting to clear my name.”

Despite resigning from the party, reports suggest that Smith doesn’t intend on stepping down from his role on the council. Thus, for the time being, he will continue to receive a reported £6,378 in basic allowance.

Smith claims that he “worked hard to ensure I serve the people of Coulby Newham to the best of my ability”.

Smith, also rather pathetically, claimed that “ordering bollards to be installed”, “tackling the issue of potholes”, and “being a very proud advocate of the local LGBTQ community” were all highlights and accomplishments of his career as a Conservative politician.

“This is who I am as a person and a community activist,” Smith asserted.

He added that “The allegations made against my character are nothing more than damaging lies and moving forward, I will seek to prove this is the case in a court of law.”

Before the pedophilia charges, Smith recently found himself in hot water when it came to light that he had suggested a “heinous benefit system” had led to “rotten pond life families that should be sterilized and washed” in a post on an association football forum under the screen name “Smoggy89”.

According to a spokesperson for the Cleveland Police, Smith it “due to appear at Teesside Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 7 August.”

Canada might avoid this bullshit, if they can keep Rogaine Ogre out of federal office, and jail JY.

So which one do you think this was? I'm going with Mac myself...

I got another spiderman motherfucker, but this sumbitch really loves his mama, because he was going into the building looking for her.

Meanwhile, a teacher in the University of Pennsylvania get some backlash for saying an inconvenient truth.

A university professor is facing backlash after allegedly making “racist” comments during a conference about conservatism over the weekend. Amy Wax, the Robert Mundheim Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, allegedly said during a panel discussion on immigration that the U.S. would be better off with “more whites and fewer nonwhites.”
The attorney was participating at the three-day Edmund Burke Foundation’s National Conservatism conference when she made the comments, according to Vox. While there is no recording or transcript of the panel, Vox claims that Wax suggested immigrants are responsible for an increase in "litter" and are too loud.

“Our country will be better off with more whites and fewer nonwhites,” Wax said according to Vox, maintaining that such comments were not racist as her opinions on nonwhite immigrants are the result of culture and not biology.
“Conservatives need a realistic approach to immigration that... preserves the United States as a Western and First World nation,” she added during the "American Greatness and Immigration: The Case for Low and Slow" panel. The panel was based on her article, "Debating Immigration Restriction: The Case for Low and Slow," which was published in 2018 in the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy.
“We are better off if we are dominated numerically ... by people from the First World, from the West, than by people who are from less advanced countries," Wax reportedly said.
Following the publication of her purported comments, social media immediately responded.

I know Anheuser-Busch is kinda being left behind in the age of craft beer, but this seems a bit much.

Pop-Up Bar Hidden In A National Forest Offering Free Beer
Busch Beer has hidden a pop-up bar deep in the woods of a national forest and is calling on adventurers to seek it out. Anybody who finds the "Pop-Up Schop" on Saturday (July 20) will get to enjoy free beer from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. They will also be holding a raffle where one lucky person will win free beer for the rest of their life.
"We wanted to take the concept of the traditional pop-up shop and flip it on its head in a very Busch way," Daniel Blake, senior director of U.S. value brands at Anheuser-Busch, said in a statement. "Busch has the best fans out there who are always up for a little challenge, so we know they'll be out in the forest finding our hidden 'Schop.' The chance to win beer for life also doesn't hurt."
In addition to giving away free beer, Busch promised to plant one hundred trees for every person who shows up. The beer company is helping the National Forest Foundation with their goal of planting 50 million trees by 2023.
To help people find the bar, which is hidden somewhere in the 295,000 square miles of national Forests, Busch is giving hints to the location on Twitter

The Trump brood just got a little bigger.

Ivanka Trump announced on social media Saturday that her family has welcomed a snow-white pup into their home to mark daughter Arabella’s 8th birthday. The mother of three didn’t clarify what breed the dog, named Winter, is, though many breeders have speculated that it’s a pomsky, a cross between a Pomeranian and a Siberian husky.

Meet Winter, Arabella’s birthday dream come true and the newest member of the Kushner family! 😍 pic.twitter.com/Y1cHTvnBGm

While the first daughter called Winter a “birthday dream come true” for her eldest child, the pooch isn’t getting the warmest welcome from commenters on the internet, who are throwing some serious side eye at it’s stark-white fur and comparing its treatment to that of migrant children in border detention centers.

What a beautiful animal!! My heart aches for her knowing she'll have to he rehomed shortly - maybe you should make arrangements in advance as to who will care for her while you & your wife are in jail?
Just a thought.

If it was a brown dog, would you put it in a cage?
— Jon Zal (@OfficialJonZal) July 21, 2019
An all white dog. But of course.🙄
— Woman In The Moon (@SassyKadiK) July 21, 2019
Winter white...hmm figures, I guess the only color that keeps it out of a cage at the Trump household :-(

Thousands of children in US custody havn't bathed or brushed their teeth or even been hugged in weeks thanks to your father but cool you got a new puppy I guess.
— Mister Nate (@MisterNate8) July 21, 2019
I wonder what the children in cages will get for their birthdays?
— JacobDVR (@JacobDVR) July 21, 2019
Trump supporters pushed back against the criticism, which one called “lame and predictable.”
As soon as I saw the dog I knew liberals would talk about the dog being white in color. So lame and predictable. Liberals are just like hollywood, out of new ideas.
— America First (@bamspay) July 21, 2019
“Beautiful! Enjoy that sweet pup,” one commenter told Trump, who is married to fellow White House adviser Jared Kushner.

“She’s gonna look gorgeous at the inauguration with a red, white and blue bandana!” a supporter added.

It’s not the first time Trump’s posts about her family have stirred up backlash and comparisons to the border situation. In April, a photo she shared of her youngest son, Theodore, sleeping on the floor prompted her to joke that he needed a crib, which then drew a flood of children-in-cages comments.
