It's nowhere near October, but one ensemble is already on track to be named the most controversial Halloween costume of 2015.

Social media users were out in full force on Monday criticizing several Halloween retailers for offering a Caitlyn Jenner costume reminiscent of the former-athlete's Vanity Fair cover earlier this year.

While Jenner's supporters condemned the costume as "transphobic" and "disgusting" on Twitter, Spirit Halloween, a retailer that carries the costume, defended the getup.

"At Spirit Halloween, we create a wide range of costumes that are often based upon celebrities, public figures, heroes and superheroes," said Lisa Barr, senior director of marking at Spirit Halloween. "We feel that Caitlyn Jenner is all of the above and that she should be celebrated. The Caitlyn Jenner costume reflects just that."

I'd have a quinoa salad for lunch if I were you, otherwise, you'll go fucking deaf and blind!

This is the result of not smacking your tard child who has some autistic refusal to eat food. They have no food allergies, they have no real reason not to eat what they're given, but you're supposed to coddle these fucking speds and good job parents, now he's blind and deaf in addition to being a tard.

This made me chuckle.

According to the story he didn't just harass them on a public bus, but even threatened to expose himself to children. So he's a nonce in addition to being an anti-Semite.

You'd probably get a ticket for this if you did it in front of a cop here, too.

Was the cop nearly completely blind? I can't confidently say this is a tranny but if he/she/it looked more feminine in the jaw, what are they on fucking meth or something? that'd still be a rough as fuck 21.

Suicide Rates In UK At Highest Rate For 16 Years

Suicide rates in the UK have hit their highest level since 2002, with official figures showing the first increase in numbers in five years.

Figures released by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) showed that males and females aged 45 to 49 had higher suicide rates than any other age group.

The UK male suicide rate of 17.2 deaths per 100,000 represents a significant increase from the rate in 2017, with males aged 10-24 years and those aged 75 years and above particularly affected.

There were a total of 6,507 suicides registered in the UK in 2018, 686 more deaths than 2017. This is the first increase since 2013 and brings the rate to the same it was 16 years ago in 2002.

Timcast posted a vlog on the subject.

One Youtuber think it could be a conspiracy theory.

Vegan activists separate chickens from cockerels on Spanish farm 'so the hens aren't raped' because they do not give 'consent' in video released by 'anti-specist, transfeminist' group
  • Almas Veganas (Vegan Souls) from Girona, Spain, identify as anti-speciesist, transfeminist and libertarian
  • The activists said they based the video on the concept of consent for the hens
  • They smashed the eggs because they said they belonged to the chickens
  • The video was viewed on Twitter 570,000 times with users asking 'is this a joke?'

This is the moment two vegan activists separate chickens from cockerels because they 'don't want the hens to be raped'.
The video was released by the Spanish vegan group Almas Veganas (Vegan Souls), based in Girona in the north-eastern Spanish region of Catalonia.
They published the video on Twitter where it has been viewed 570,000 times.
On their Twitter page, the activists describe themselves as 'anti-speciesist' and 'transfeminist.'

(Video in link)

Anti-speciesists believe that judging types of animals as different to each other, or humans, is wrong.
They also believe that humans favour and treat some species better, like dogs, which we shouldn't do.

Transfeminism is created by and aimed at transgender women and says that the freedom of trans women is coupled with the liberation of all women.
It also says that any individual should be able to express and define themselves in whichever way they choose without fear of retaliation.
In the footage, the two activists can be seen smashing eggs on the ground because 'they belong to the hens.'

The pair from Catalonia then go on to explain that they separated the cockerels from the hens because they 'don't want them to be raped'
The vegans then reveal that 'we separated the cocks because we don't want the hens to get raped.'
In another video, the activists said that they based their decision on 'the notion of consent.'
The vegans add: 'The hens do not want to be mounted and always try to escape. They are sometimes seriously injured by the cocks' claws as well.'
They also say the hens 'are genetically modified to make them lay more eggs' and they want to 'prevent them from reproducing.'

The activists identify as transfeminist, libertarian and anti-speciesist. Social media users commented on the video, which has been viewed 570,000 times, asking 'is this a joke?'
'Either you are vegan or you help to finance animal slavery. Eating animals is fascist,' they added.

According to reports, the vegan group has recently appeared on several Spanish television shows including the popular talk show 'Todo Es Una Mentira' ('Everything Is A Lie') where they believed they were 'ridiculed' by the presenter.
The footage prompted comments on social media such as 'is this a joke?,' 'there is no room for more morons' and 'you have to be frigging crazy.'
They said afterwards: 'We knew they would make fun of us, but we wanted to use the platform to spread our message anyway.'

Chickens lay eggs whether they're fertilized or not. It's why we spent a good deal of time specifically breeding them to make them into egg cannons. A good egg layer can lay up to 300 eggs a year, most of which will be abandoned. Eating their eggs in no way affects the chicken.

God vegans are tiresome.

not to mention no animal (aside from apes and dolphins) have any concept of what we call rape or consent. Female horses will consciously abort so they can't figure out who the father is and kill it. Animals who fight to determine who breeds back off when defeated. They're not fucking humans.

An American woman was arrested Wednesday in the Philippines after immigration authorities said she tried to board a plane with a newborn child inside her luggage.
Jennifer Talbot, 43, was caught during a security check at Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport around 6 a.m., shortly before she was set to fly to the U.S., according to local reports.

Neither the bureau nor the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines returned requests for comment Wednesday afternoon.

The woman claimed she was the baby’s aunt, but she had no documentation showing she was authorized to travel with the infant, who didn’t even have a passport, according to the Philippine Daily Inquirer. Authorities told the paper the child was safe and “in good health.”

An American woman is in custody in the Philippines after she allegedly tried to fly out of the country with a baby in her hand luggage, local authorities said.
Philippines Immigration Bureau spokesman Melvin Mabulac said they received a report around 6.20 a.m. Wednesday that a 43-year-old woman had been caught with a child in her bag at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila.
CNN Philippines said the baby was just six days old.
According to Mabulac, the woman appeared to be traveling alone and only presented her personal passport. But when staff inspected an oversized carry-on suitcase, they found the child inside.
“She did not have any travel documents for the infant,” the spokesman said.

... If she's a human trafficker she's not a very good one. That baby was likely to have been dead when they found it because I don't know if she knows this but living things don't take kindly to being stuffed in bags. And the cargo hold isn't pressurized.

Or she's one of those rich liberals with a savior complex except instead of adopting an orphaned kid from africa she decided she had to go steal one.

A bishop in the Philippines is calling for a ban on homework on the weekends, saying children deserve more quality time with the families.
“Schools should design academic and non-academic program schedules in a way that will not affect family time, and that includes no assignments on weekends,” said Bishop Roberto Mallari of San Jose, the chairman of the Episcopal Commission on Catechesis and Catholic Education at the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines.
Mallari’s comments came after several lawmakers in Asia’s most Catholic country proposed legislation banning the practice of giving homework assignments.

“Homework assignments can deprive students and parents precious quality time for rest, relaxation and interaction after school hours and even on weekends,” said lawmaker Evelina Escudero, who serves as deputy speaker of the Philippine House of Representatives.
Escudero’s bill would ban homework on all days, limiting all school activities to the campus; two other separate bills - one originating in the House, the other in the Senate - would only ban homework on the weekends.
The proposed legislation is questioned by the Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT), which said the mandated K-12 curriculum is “impossible to cover within formal class hours.”

Mallari acknowledged CBCPNews that academic life “is necessary to propel success and a good future for young people,” but added there “are certain limits that school dynamics need to understand and widely consider.”
“Family life is sacred as it creates opportunities for children and their parents to do things together in the name of holiness, such as sharing stories, playing, celebrating occasions, and attending church, among others,” the bishop added.
“Learning is not purely academic. Value formation is a central point. And value formation happens significantly at home as the students learn and realize to be more giving, collaborative, and live a life with Jesus and Mary,” he said.
The government is tentatively supporting the legislative proposals.
“We want all formal studying, assignment, project, whatever, to be done inside the school,” Education Secretary Leonor Briones said last week in a radio interview.

By "hand luggage" I assume they mean carry-on, not checked stuff that goes in the hold. But yeah, it probably got smothered anyways.
