I find the programs ability to replicate the look of hand drawn (imperfections included) to be fascinating

This cross seems to be made from dried out starfish. Really nails the ichthyophobia angle.

This is also erie and uncanny. At first looks like a cross, but close up really looks like nothing a human would ever make.

So it would be best to ask for general descriptions or adjectives as opposed to specific "names" or "terms".

Agreed, DALL-E really excels in hand-drawn generated creations.

I was saving this for Christmas, but I'm amazed with how human this prompt came out.

“A highly detailed pencil sketch of Norma Shearer writing on a notepad”​

Let's forget the expert pen shading, the transparent shadow in the background, even the yellow tint mimicking a sticky note. It had the foresight to add lifelike handwriting on the side!

With the right hands, technology and creativity, this could rival actual artists' work.
