I am harping on IH for pushing out slop instead of sticking to the mini-documentary format, at which he is/was actually good.
Granted, it does require a lot more effort than making (essentially) animated "podcast highlight" type of videos such as the wine/cheese/etc ones, but working overtime to make fucking game reviews instead of exploring the near infinite stream of funny shit that comprises contemporary history feels like a spit to the face.

I am under the impression IH's acclaimed main thing - humorous mini-documentaries - is being sidelined in favour of easy-to-make, feel-good, kikevertiser-friendly slopperooski.
Main channel animated mini-doc* count: 38, starting from 2017.
Incognito Mode "<noun>." video count: 25, starting from 2021.
"Expleened" video count: 29, starting from 2021.
*including the In The Field episodes.
IS THERE ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT? Ehh.
DO I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT? Uh, yeah.
AM I SHITTING ON PEOPLE ENJOYING CURRENT-DAY IH? No, but that doesn't seem to have concerned anybody.
in conclusion, i guess i prefer the OG Kool Kid Certified© bona fide™ dry-ish but chuckle-inducing delivery with a side of dank memes to whatever wacky shit IH is doing now and uhhhh i don't think there's an Internet Historian HATE thread out here.

Very weak episode but can't really blame IH because better to release than scrap it after all the work. The fault is mainly the game not being interesting, just straight up "then this happened" for 40 minutes. Not ridiculous enough to laugh at and not interesting enough to be engaging.
Hope he does Dustborn, it sounds like shit enough to make me curious.
