Internet question re dox

A person who I know is a victim (court ordered, not Amber-style) of abuse, asked me whether he can get someone to upload the dox of his abuser. There are no court orders to say that he can’t so I said why the hell not, but what he’s asking is where can they do the most damage. He doesn’t have anything worthy of the farms, but he has his abuser’s bank details. I assume he’s hoping some pajeet will rob the ex. What would you do with such bank details if it were you, and you had been robbed by a nasty piece of work? (Assuming that you can’t just let it go etc, which was my first suggestion, and my second etc etc)?

are you asking us right now how to effectively make someone rob this guys bank account? and do you glow enough to read in the dark without lights on?

PS if i was a big city lawyer i would probably advise my friend not to do anything illegal or stupid but if i wasn't a lawyer i probably would encourage him to do it because it would be funny when he gets caught
