Late and gay, but hello to everyone! I had lurked since 2018, and finally decided to join many years later because the community here feels so much more welcoming than any others out there (and I was a chicken shit to join back then).
 
Hello everyone!!! I found this site because I heard it was a hive of scum and villainy, lurked for a few months, and realized the community was very friendly as long as you know how to have a laff. This is one of a vanishingly few places on the internet where you're not expected to constantly kowtow to whatever demographic or trigger-happy mod, where you can discuss anyone and anything as long as you protect your personal information. That's a delightful culture.

Same. I also wanted to peak behind the iron curtain. Getting the news solely by browsing memes is tedious, if half the featured links do not resolve. I like to lurk the various funny picture threads to kill time. Unsure how much I can contribute in general though.

I am a longtime lurker/hater of kiwifarms, though I do appreciate free speech/not one to get on a moral high-horse on what y'all do around here, I can admit some lolcows do deserve the scrutiny.

joined up because I deleted twitter and joined bluesky, and it's too nice over there, joined twitter again and with my algorithm reset, it's just diet 4chan.....which I already use, so if imma see that kinda content, I'd rather join a smaller platform to have interactions with real people that have no financial incentive to stand for what they believe in.
 
Hi Kiwis, I’ve lurked on and off since late 2019. Honestly, I made an account to see threads locked behind the Log In page but now that I’m here, I will make an effort to post, too. I’ve mostly given up on the internet because it’s such homogenised slop at this point, but the farms still has a bit of that Old Internet feel to it.

Longtime listener, first time caller. After literally years of lurking I think I've get the vibe. I fully intend to make 2025 the Year of the Cow. Current interests include Chris Chan Post Jail Sagas, numerous Stinkditch denizens, low IQ political commentators tangentially associated with America First on one side and Red Scare on the other, and Internet Wrestling Community. My pronouns are Buddy/Chief.
 
Ahoy! I've been lurking since like 2016 when ALR was somewhat entertaining. Finally made an account so I could view the thread for one of the Trump assassination attempts. Didn't make an account sooner because I didn't have anything to say. I'm still mostly lurkin
