Introduction Thread

I too am a lurker, read the forums a lot when I can't sleep. I was very much into the CWCki for several years, albeit much of a lurker as well. Chris and his ilk are so fascinating to me, it's almost like a hobby. It probably is a hobby.
Don't know exactly what pushed me to join, but I'm glad I did. Though I missed having a forum to frequent, I can't see myself being much more than a lurker. I'll rate from the shadows.

Hey everybody! I've actually been lurking here for a very long time...I think a little over a year now. After it became the Kiwi Farms, that's when I decided to finally join. It's really nice to finally be apart of the discussions. I always thought the community here was pretty cool. I was initially interested in Chris, but then lost interest, and then became interested again after hearing about his recent run-in with the law. Though I've been interested in hearing about other lolcows now. It's kind of weird to be here instead of a lurker, hahah.

Didn't realize this thread existed. Hey everyone...I've been technically registered here since 2013, but only really lurked and really just the Chris forums. Been following Chris since early 2010, right when the Wallflower "broke up" with him. Just starting to post now, not sure why. I actually wasn't aware that I was still registered until I tried to do it the other day and it said my email was already in use.

I'm supdup. I'm an IT guy (network and linux administration). When not earning a living, I play guitar in a psychedelic band. I'm married with no children but have a dammed cute dog. I've been around long enough to know what life was like before the internet.

I was originally drawn here after those kids got caught with plans to shoot-up a Nova Scotia shopping center. But then I discovered the Love-shy/Slut-hate threads. I've been fascinated by them since then.

I've been aware of Chris for a couple of years now, Spent a shameful amount of time combing through the wiki, etc. I am truly impressed at the amount of effort people have put into documenting his life. Well done.

I'm obsessed with weird internet shit. If I were a psych major, I would do my dissertation on strange fetishes.

I was going to join in October in the thick of the Vade/Autisticsniper drama as many close friends were involved in it, but sometimes lurking is the easier option.
