Being a cripple who has no signs of possible neurological conditions (his facial phrnotype is normal, like the guy here) might not be such a hinderance for finding sexual partners. But I am the kind of cripple whose face is malformed, and I obviously am not a career inspiration-speaker.... something that most disabled people seem to capitalize upon, althrough it seems to just elicit more pity.
