If you are on propper hard meds they will not give you a massive subscription, so you do not overdose it's weekly and mostly to keep an eye on you, she could be on a weekly depot injection sounds more likely for someone like nano, here in the UK heroin addicts who want off well heroin can take methadone, but you have to come in daily and take it they won't give you it all because they know you just do it all in 10 mins.

Even if he is convicted of that crime he won't be up for deportation and he will still be eligible for a greencard. Texas doesn't have a distinguished crime of domestic assault, which is why you can see his charge is assault causing bodily injury. According to the immigration court, that crime is not a crime of moral turpitude, even if it lists a family member as a victim.
