Speedy needs rehab, but he was formerly a rehab counselor so he's definitely been through a program. He's going to need some sort of serious life event to get back on track. He's eating random bones out of dumpsters now, so I have no idea what that event could be. Maybe the death of a parent? Being legally forced to rehab for 30+ days?
